第一條：租賃物業(yè)Tenancy：
甲方同意將位于
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 房屋及房?jī)?nèi)設(shè)備設(shè)施在良好狀態(tài)下出租給乙方。 Party B will
afford the water, gas, electricity, internet, TV, telephone fees if there is any during
the Rent Term/Period. During the Rent Term/Period of this apartment, if there is any
fee which is not listed in the contract, but collected by the government and is related
to Party B’s living purpose, Party B will afford.
For any other fee that occurred before the contract period that should be afforded
by Party A but paid by Party B, Party B should deduct the amount of money from the
rent.
3. 租金的結(jié)算方式 (Rent settlement)

三、租賃標(biāo)的 (Tenancy)
甲方同意將大連市_______________________________________的房屋（建筑面積平方米）及其設(shè)備（詳見(jiàn)附件家具清單）在可以正常使用的情況下租給乙方作為
居住使用。
Party B shall not permit any noise or allow any music to be produced in the premises so as to give cause for reasonable plaint from the occupants of neighboring premises, otherwise, Party A has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately if case continued after advised. 1

Party B shall not store arms, ammunition or unlawful goods, gunpowder, saltpeter, kerosene
or any explosive or bustible substance, etc. in any part of the said premises, the tenant or inmate shall not use the said premises for any illegal purposes, for violation against the law of People’s Republic of China in any part of the said property, Party B shall be answerable and responsible for any consequence of any breach of local ordinance.
乙方須正確維護(hù)該物業(yè)內(nèi)甲方所提供之家具、電器、裝置及設(shè)備、該物業(yè)之原來(lái)一切設(shè)
備如有因非正當(dāng)使用造成的損壞，乙方須負(fù)責(zé)修理或賠償。

六、 付租條款（Payment Terms）：

付款方式：乙方須以銀行自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)帳方式在支付。否則，一切后果，由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。經(jīng)警告后仍未有所改善, 甲方有權(quán)終止租約。

all the related costs, including rent, water, gas, electricity, internet, TV, telephone
fees if there is any, till the agreed last day of stay. Party A needs to return the
Security Deposit with no interest.
七、其他事項(xiàng) Other Obligations
甲方應(yīng)協(xié)助乙方完成相關(guān)法律規(guī)定的注冊(cè)登記,如境外人員住宿登記表藍(lán)頁(yè)。

在租期開(kāi)始三日前，出租房屋及其家俱電器應(yīng)已裝修或安裝布置完畢，處于可供租賃的良好狀態(tài)。租約期滿(mǎn)，乙方如不再續(xù)租，甲方應(yīng)在租賃期結(jié)束后叁日內(nèi)(在乙方將全部水，電，煤氣費(fèi)和中央空調(diào)費(fèi)等雜費(fèi)及電話(huà)費(fèi)付清后)將押金退還（不計(jì)利息）。
