It requires better quality of environmental, price and service to hotel industry. And the economicaltype hotel arises with characteristic of cheap price, sharp function and convenience. It makes the market demand in hotel industry rise. Economicaltype hotel bees the hit field in hotel industry. Its development potentiality is very tremendous. More and more people demand the economicaltype hotel. The market share of economicaltype hotel has been more and more. And it is supported by a large network. However, the internal economicaltype hotel has a good opportunity to develop. Meanwhile, it also faces to a big challenge. So working out how the internal economicaltype hotel to develop is very important. In this paper, it makes some detailed analysis about the present situation of the internal economicaltype hotel, pares with some top panies and suggests some development measures at the aspects of market, operating, management, product, training of bright people and improving service, in accordance with the existed problems.
