【正文】 下入 缺盆 ，絡(luò) 肺，下膈，屬大腸。 其支者，從缺盆上頸， 貫頰，入下齒中；還出 挾口， 交人中 ，左之右， 右之左，上 挾鼻孔 2 The Large Intestine Channel of HandYangming 1) The Main Course of the Channel Pertains to the large intestine, links up to the lung Mainly runs along the anterior border of the lateral aspect of the upper limb 2) Principal Indications Diseases of the head, face, five sense ans and throat。 面部分支：從大迎穴前下走人迎，沿喉嚨向下入缺盆，下行過膈肌，屬胃， 絡(luò)脾 。 主治：腹痛，腹脹，便秘、腹瀉 (雙向調(diào)節(jié) ) 操作：直刺 犢鼻 (外膝眼 ) 定位：屈膝，髕骨下緣，髕韌帶外側(cè)凹陷 主治：膝關(guān)節(jié)及周圍軟組織疾患。 直行的分支：出心系， 上行至肺，向下出腋 下（極泉），沿上肢 內(nèi)側(cè)后緣，過肘中， 經(jīng)掌后豌豆骨部，進(jìn) 入掌中，沿小指橈側(cè) 端（少?zèng)_），交手太 陽小腸經(jīng)。 后項(xiàng)的支脈：通過肩胛內(nèi)緣挾 脊（ 3寸）下行至髀樞，沿著 大腿后外側(cè)，與腰部下來的支 脈會(huì)合于腘窩中。 七、足太陽膀胱經(jīng) 7 The Bladder Channel of FootTaiyang 1) The Main Course of the Channel Pertain to the urinary bladder, links up to the kidney Mainly runs along the vertebral column and the posterior border of the lateral aspect of the lower limb 2) Principal Indications Diseases of the head, nape, eye, lumbar region and the lower extremities。 主治： 心痛、心悸、 怔忡、健忘、 失眠 操作： 直刺 Shenmen (H 7) LOCATION At the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpi ulnaris INDICATIONS Cardiac pain, palpitation, amnesia, insomnia, mental disorders 六、手太陽小腸經(jīng) 起于小指外側(cè)端（少澤）， 沿手背外側(cè)至腕部，出于 尺骨莖突，直上沿前臂外 側(cè)后緣，經(jīng)尺骨鷹嘴與肱 骨內(nèi)上髁之間，沿上臂外 側(cè)后緣，出于肩關(guān)節(jié)后面， 繞行肩胛部，交會(huì)于大椎， 向下進(jìn)入缺盆部，深入體 腔，絡(luò)心，沿食道，過橫 膈，屬小腸。 強(qiáng)壯保健要穴。 胃下口支脈：從胃下口分出，沿腹腔內(nèi)下行至氣街，與直行之脈會(huì)合，而后下行至髀關(guān)，直抵伏兔，下至膝蓋，沿脛骨外側(cè)前緣下經(jīng)足跗，入足第二趾外側(cè)端。 主治： 1）頭面部疾?。? 頭痛、齒痛、面癱 2）大腸經(jīng)本經(jīng)病變： 腹痛、便秘 3）雙相調(diào)節(jié)：熱病 無汗，多汗 4）特異性：痛經(jīng)， 滯產(chǎn) 操作：直刺 。從肺系，橫出腋下，下循 臑 （上臂）內(nèi)，行少陰，心主之前，下肘中，循臂內(nèi)上骨（橈骨），入寸口，上魚，循魚際，出大指之端（內(nèi)側(cè)端）。 主治： 上肢不遂，手 臂腫痛，腹痛 吐瀉 操作： 直刺 Hegu (LI 4) LOCATION On the dorsum of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, in the middle of the 2nd metacarpal bone on the radial side. INDICATIONS Headache, redness, swelling and pain of the eye, nasal diseases, deafness, toothache, deviation of the mouth and eye, sore throat, abdominal pain, constipation, dystocia, amenorrhea
