In this study, the elementary school English teachers from Chongqing rural areas were taken as the main participants, and the research methods of semistructured interview and classroom observation were explored to investigate the status quo of English teachers’ professional development in rural elementary schools, from the perspectives of expertise, professional petence, affection, attitude, and values, and selfdevelopment consciousness The purpose of the study is to answer the following three questions: 1. The data analysis mainly followed Freeman’s 1998 themecentered 重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 英文摘要 III idea in order to explore and analyze the problems of the professional development of elementary school English teachers in Chongqing rural areas, and find out the reasonsThe findings revealed that, from the analysis of personal factors, the problems that the elementary school English teachers in Chongqing rural areas are faced with in the process of professional development are as follows: the insufficiency of expertise, the weakness of professional petence, and the desalination of selfdevelopment consciousness。教育部在 2020 年頒布了《關(guān)于積極推進小學(xué)開設(shè)英語的通知》 ,并決 定從 2020 年秋季起 ,全國城市和縣城小學(xué)開始逐步開設(shè)英語課程 。 近年來 ,國家不斷加大對基礎(chǔ)教育的投入 ,各省市地區(qū)學(xué)校教師隊伍的整體 素質(zhì)都有了顯著的提高 ,但小學(xué)英語教育還處于起始階段 ,與其他學(xué)科相比仍然 存在相當(dāng)差距。 研究意義 從理論意義上來說 ,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究比較普遍 ,既有制度層 面的探討 ,也有法制層面的思考 ,更有國內(nèi)外的對比研究 ,但是卻很少見到有聚 焦于具體學(xué)科、學(xué)段的實踐取向的研究。 論文框架 本論文共分為六個章節(jié) ,各章節(jié)的主要內(nèi)容如下 : 第一章為“緒論” ,主要論述論文的研究背景 ,并對本論文的研究目的與研 究意義做出了具體闡述。 重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 2 文獻綜述 4 2 文獻綜述 本章首先對貧困地區(qū)、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、小學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展三個主要核心 概念進行界定 ,然后對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻研究進行梳 理和評述。 Hargreaves, 1992。 Perry1980 從 教師個人素質(zhì)出發(fā) ,指出認為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是教師個人專業(yè)生活 中的成長 ,包括信心的增強、技能的提高、對所任教學(xué)科知識的不斷更新拓寬和 深化以及對自己在課堂上為何這樣做的原因意識的強化。 第二類“促進教師專業(yè)成長的過程 (教師教育 )” ,以 Little(1992)的理解 為代表。在英語教學(xué)文獻中 ,關(guān)于外語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與一般意義 上教師專業(yè)發(fā)展有著基本相同的解釋 (賈愛武 ,2020)。如有的學(xué)者認為 優(yōu)秀外語教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)框架由 4 個維度構(gòu)成 ,即外語學(xué)科教學(xué)能力、外語教師 職業(yè)觀與職業(yè)道德、外語教學(xué)觀、外語教師學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展觀 ,并且這 4 個維度之間 相互滲透 ,動態(tài)互動 (吳一安 ,2020)。第一個方面 側(cè)重于研究教師專業(yè)發(fā)展體現(xiàn)在哪些方面、各個方面發(fā)展要經(jīng)歷哪些階段、各方 面的發(fā)展是否有關(guān)鍵期等 。其中 ,美國約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)的 ProfFessller,借用社會系統(tǒng)理論提出了動態(tài)的教師生涯循環(huán)理論。 Glatthorn(1995) :認知發(fā)展、生涯發(fā)展、自我發(fā)展、品德的發(fā) 展、人際關(guān)系的發(fā)展及動機的發(fā)展等 。 國內(nèi)學(xué)者也對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)影響因素進行了相關(guān)研究 ,他們在借鑒國 外 諸多研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上 ,結(jié)合我國的教育發(fā)展狀況及文化環(huán)境進行拓展。她專門探討了個人專業(yè)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)因素對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響 ,認為 個人專業(yè)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)因素具體包括教師個體的教育信念、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、能力素養(yǎng)、從 業(yè)動機與態(tài)度以及自我專業(yè)發(fā)展的意識與需要。考慮到本文的研究目的和研究需要 ,研究者在這里重 點梳理關(guān)于校本培訓(xùn)和反思性教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀。張忠福 ,2020。雖然在教師校本培訓(xùn)研究上取得 了不少的成果 ,但也存在需要進一步研究的問題 ,比如對教師校本培訓(xùn)在實踐實 施的探討沒有得到足夠的重視 ,很多校本研究成果都是源于城市中小學(xué) ,對于農(nóng) 村中小學(xué)的研究則相對較少。 Farrell, 2020 等 ),反 思的層次研究 (Zeichneramp。 McCotter, 2020。高翔、王薔 ,2020。 關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)研究的述評 從研究的角度看 ,己有的研究往往不滿教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀 ,從社會的角度 或從學(xué)生發(fā)展的需要 來提出教師應(yīng)該發(fā)展成什么樣的人 ,很少考慮我國的實際情 況特別是我國廣大農(nóng)村 ,尤其是貧困地區(qū)的實際情況和教師自身的需求 ,也就是 說忽視了各種內(nèi)外因素的相互作用對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響 ,也忽視了教師自身的 主觀能動性。作為國內(nèi)較早系統(tǒng)論述反思性教學(xué)的 專著之一 ,華東師范大學(xué)熊川
