【正文】 才能發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)化或消旋化 。目前,分離產(chǎn)物、回收離子液體的主要方法有萃取法、蒸餾法、柱層析法和超臨界二氧化碳法。 離子液體在許多的化學(xué)反應(yīng)中取代了傳統(tǒng)的有機(jī)溶劑,避免了有毒物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)生,對(duì)環(huán)境表示了友好。 咪唑離子的兩個(gè) N 原子是相同的,如 N,N/(或 1, 3) 取代的咪唑離子記為 [R1R3im]+, N乙基 N/甲基咪唑離子記為 [emim]+,若 2位上還有取代基則記為 [R1R2R3im]+。據(jù)報(bào)道 20xx 年離子液體的產(chǎn)值約為 100 萬(wàn)美元,到 20xx 年已達(dá) 億美元。后來(lái)合成出的六氟磷酸鹽離子液體和四氟硼酸鹽離子液體成為離子液體的主力軍[8]。因此,最近人們把溶點(diǎn)低于100 攝氏度的離子化合物稱為離子 液體 [8]。通過(guò)對(duì) 潛手性 硫醚的不對(duì)稱 氧化 反應(yīng) 是制備手性亞 砜 的最直接方法 , 手性亞 砜是一種具有弧電子對(duì),結(jié)構(gòu)是呈錐形結(jié)構(gòu)的物質(zhì)(圖 1) [6]。隨著科學(xué)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高,對(duì)于手性藥物的高附加值已越來(lái)越被社會(huì)和人們 所重視,許 多的藥物已被相 應(yīng)的法律 法規(guī) 約束不能以消旋體的形式 上市,從而手性藥物也已經(jīng)成為制藥和精細(xì)化工業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn) [3]。由于離子液體作為 一種高效的溶劑和共溶劑在生物催化合成手性物質(zhì)中發(fā)揮著重大的作用。而 離子液體作為一種新 型 的反應(yīng)介 質(zhì)由于其具非揮發(fā)性、強(qiáng)極性和熱穩(wěn)定性好等的特點(diǎn)而被譽(yù)稱為 21 世紀(jì)的“綠色反應(yīng)劑”。 關(guān)鍵詞 :離子液體;生物催化;不對(duì)稱氧化反應(yīng) ,手性亞砜 II Abstract The traditional chemical reaction and separation processes are carried out in molecular solvents, and the use of a large number of volatile anic solvents have caused serious environmental pollution. As a new type of reaction medium with nonvolatile and strong polarity and thermal stability characteristics and good reputation, ionic liquids have been called the green reaction agent in 21st century. Wider application of such substances can be a very good solution to the environmental problems. In recent years, ionic liquids are being widely concerned and increasly reported about their applications in all aspects, especially used as biological solvents and cosolvents in the catalytic reactions. Respecting ionic liquids playing an important role in biocatalytic chiral synthesis as high efficient solvents and cosolvents. This article study the sulfoxidation in different condition such as different PH, substrate concentration , peroxides and so on . The research shows that gets the highest and substrate conversion that pH is and the substrate concentration is 10mM and adding 6mM of hydrogen peroxide with added is at 5 times the rate. Several anic solvents in the reaction system, isopropyl alcohol’s substrate conversion and is the highest, reaching 60% and 91%. Research in the hydrophilic and hydrophobic io nic liquids, [bmim] [bf4]’s substrate conversion rate and reach the highest of and 90% .
