Geica, 1997, 100(13): 241252. 進(jìn) 程 計(jì) 劃 第一階段 ： 2020 年 9 月 1日－ 2020 年 9 月 30日，確定指導(dǎo)老師和研究方向 。 （ 3） 利用 NTSYS pc 中 SAHN 方法構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹 ， 利用軟件 GENALEX 中的主成分分析（ Principal coordinate analysis, PCA）和貝葉斯（ Bayesian）中的聚類方法來分析各遺傳參數(shù)和遺傳距 離。 （ 2）統(tǒng)計(jì)好實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)并運(yùn)用 excel 軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。 參考文獻(xiàn)在正文中一定要標(biāo)明
