After the research of the concept, feature and function of enterprise information portals, which integrates the distributed information and application, puts forward a method to integrate the information and application with a threelayer structure which is based on CORBA/HTTP in EIP. At last, this paper points out that an EIP based on the sharing and exchanging of information is suitable for the present enterprises in our country. Keywords Information Integration EIP, CORBA/HTTP C/S Structure, Internet507 / 5。由于CORBA是用接口定義語言（Interface Definition Language，IDL）來描述對(duì)象和操作的，因此從應(yīng)用集成的角度看，基于CORBA的實(shí)現(xiàn)尚未脫離代碼而上升到語義的層次，無法實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在知識(shí)層次上的重用；正因如此，從協(xié)同和知識(shí)管理（KM）的角度看，采用AI中基于多Agent系統(tǒng)（MAS）的有關(guān)技術(shù)也許可以解決EIP中的這些問題，這需要做進(jìn)一步的研究.5 結(jié)論企業(yè)門戶能滿足用戶在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代基本的日常辦公、業(yè)務(wù)處理和電子商務(wù)的需要，在全面強(qiáng)大的通訊支持下，提供一個(gè)廣泛的信息交流平臺(tái)，使用戶在任何時(shí)間、任何地點(diǎn)、使用任何通
