【正文】 l consent, either Party cannot trans fer, to a third Party, its right and mitments, as described in this con tract .第十五條， 雙方在執(zhí)行合同過(guò)程中發(fā)生的爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)通過(guò)友好協(xié)商加以解決。本合同和合同附件為不可分割的整體，合同正文與合同附件的條款具有同等的效力。在兩種文本解釋不一致時(shí)，以中文文本為準(zhǔn)。未經(jīng)雙方共同同意，任何一方不得將根據(jù)本合同所享有的權(quán)利和承擔(dān)的義務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)給第三方。Article 11Party A will quote a package rate for a tour (or a delegation) sched uled to China according to Chinese pricing policy and regulation. After the quotation is confirmed by Party B, both parties will sign an appendix to the contract. There are three appendices at tached to this contract.第十二條， 甲方總代理乙方旅行團(tuán)在中國(guó)各地的旅行活動(dòng)安排，乙方不得另作分段委托。4. The tour schedule, itinerary and length of stay in China are changed due to unforeseen situation beyond human control. Any difference or balance in payment will be collected or reimbursed accordingly。因下列原因變更旅行日程，甲方不予賠償：1. 如乙方臨時(shí)改變旅行團(tuán)入境日期，引起交通、住房及游覽日程、項(xiàng)目的變更，使客人投訴、索賠，應(yīng)由乙方承擔(dān)；由此造成甲方的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，由乙方承擔(dān)。在中國(guó)的旅行結(jié)束后，如有尾欠，應(yīng)在一個(gè)月內(nèi)結(jié)算全部費(fèi)用；未結(jié)算部分，從下月起加收滯納金。 s full name, sex, date of birth, occupation, nationality, passport number, arrival/departure flight or train number, points and dates of entry and exit, number of rooms required and requests on visits.第三條， 乙方可隨時(shí)向甲方提出計(jì)劃外新組織的旅行團(tuán)計(jì)劃，甲方在收到乙方函電后，應(yīng)在3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)出答復(fù)函電；乙方在收到甲方的答復(fù)函電后，也應(yīng)在3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)予以確認(rèn)。該附件為本合同不可分割的組成部分，具有同等效力。如乙方同時(shí)匯兩個(gè)以上旅行團(tuán)費(fèi)，應(yīng)在電匯單上注明每個(gè)旅行團(tuán)的費(fèi)用數(shù)額。2. Party A will report the case to the travel administration of the Chinese government and propose to all other travel services in China de clining hospitality to the unpaid tour (or delegation) sent by Party B。4. 由于人力不可抗拒的因素而導(dǎo)致的在中國(guó)停留時(shí)間、旅游行程方面的變化，將收取或退還相應(yīng)的費(fèi)用差價(jià)。自通知之日起三個(gè)月（九十天）內(nèi)甲方按原包價(jià)收費(fèi)。Article 12Party A is mitted to making overall arrangements as various cities in China for tours (delegations) sponsored by Party B. Party B can not entrust any other Party to bee involved in separate arrangements for tours (delegations) at any city in China. Party A can entrust, if neces sary, a certified land operator in China to take care of travel arrange ments. As an immediate agent for Party B, Party A will bear direct re sponsibility for tourist activities in China.第十三條， 為保證旅行者在中國(guó)旅行期間的安全，甲方為旅行者投保旅游意外保險(xiǎn)。不能協(xié)商解決時(shí)，雙方同意將爭(zhēng)議提交中國(guó)國(guó)家旅游局協(xié)調(diào)處理。Article 18After both Parties have signed this contract, Party A should submit a duplicate copy of the contract to its superior tourism authorities for record.
