【正文】 npaid tour (or delegation) sent by Party B。3．甲方向乙方加收未付的旅行費(fèi)用的滯納金。如乙方同時(shí)匯兩個(gè)以上旅行團(tuán)費(fèi)，應(yīng)在電匯單上注明每個(gè)旅行團(tuán)的費(fèi)用數(shù)額。Article 2Party B is required to confirm to Party A the final booking on a tour (or a delegation), whenever accepted by Party A, 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the said tour (or delegation) at the point of entry in China.Party A should acknowledge confirmation to Party B within three working days after receipt of confirmation from Party B.Party B is required to send Party A, at least 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival of each tour (or delegation) at the point of entry in Chi na, a detailed list with each participant39。該附件為本合同不可分割的組成部分，具有同等效力。China International Travel Service, Harbin Branch (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Canada Panda Tours (hereinafter referred to as Party B) have, on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and friendly cooperation, reached the following agreement and signed this contract on mutual rights and obligations in the development of the joint industry.The contract and the appendixes to the contract constitute an insepara ble integrity. Party A will charge Party B an overdue fine滯納金 for any unpaid amount. After the conclusion of each tour (or delegation) in China, Party B is required to clear off any outstanding amount債務(wù)總額 within one month, other wise an overdue fine is to be charged additionally in the following month, at a rate of % of the outstanding amount per day.第六條， 甲方應(yīng)按照本合同和合同附件所確認(rèn)的日程及包括內(nèi)容提供服務(wù)。因下列原因變更旅行日程，甲方不予賠償：1. 如乙方臨時(shí)改變旅行團(tuán)入境日期，引起交通、住房及游覽日程、項(xiàng)目的變更，使客人投訴、索賠，應(yīng)由乙方承擔(dān)；由此造成甲方的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，由乙方承擔(dān)。5. 游客在中國(guó)停留期間，在飛機(jī)/火車或輪船，或者在酒店、餐館，或各項(xiàng)旅游設(shè)施（區(qū)）中受到的損害，不屬甲方的責(zé)任，但甲方應(yīng)盡人道主義的義務(wù)協(xié)助乙方補(bǔ)救處理。4.
