【正文】 tipping from索取小費 tourists.第七條， 除人力不可抗拒的因素外，甲方如未向旅行團提供符合規(guī)定標準的服務(wù)，應(yīng)為旅行者提供補償服務(wù)或?qū)⒌陀诜?wù)標準的費用差額退還乙方。2．向中國各級旅游管理機構(gòu)報告情況并建議所有旅行社停止接待乙方未付旅行費用的旅行團。乙方至少應(yīng)在每個旅行團人中國口岸日期的20天前，以書面形式向甲方提供下列資料：旅游人數(shù)、所需房間數(shù)、入境航班或車次、全團成員名單（含姓名、性別、出生年月、職業(yè)、國籍、證件號碼）以及接待要求。Article 1Party B plans to organize 60 tours (or delegations) with 2,400 tourists to visit China from May 5, 2015 to May 5, 2016.第二條，雙方商定的旅行團，乙方應(yīng)于旅行團進人中國口岸日期的30天前向甲方確認，甲方應(yīng)在接到乙方確認函后的3個工作日內(nèi)予以確認。Article 4Party B agrees to making telegraphic remittance of total expenses for each tour (or delegation) to Party A bankaccount at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival in China of each tour (or delegation) . If more than one remittance is made simultaneously, it is necessary for Party B to specify the exact amount for each tour (or delegation) on the remittance memo. Tour expenses are not to be settled in Chinese currency Benminbi.第五條， 如乙方未按本合同第四條規(guī)定的日期付款，甲方有選擇以下三種處理方式的權(quán)利：1．無論該旅行團是否已進入中國境內(nèi)，甲方可以不予以接待，乙方應(yīng)負擔(dān)由此引起的一切責(zé)任。甲方應(yīng)要求外聯(lián)人員，導(dǎo)游、司機等工作人員按照規(guī)定標準提供服務(wù)，嚴格禁止向旅行者索取小費。Article 7Except in situations beyond human control, Party A should provide pensatory service for tourists or refund to Party B the difference in payment for service rendered below standard.Except in situations beyond human control, Party A will be held responsible for any additional expenses resulting from the change, caused by Party A, in itinerary, transportation vehicles, acmodation and meals.However, Party A will not be held responsible for pensation resulting from change of itinerary under the following situations:1. The scheduled date of entry of a tour (or delegation) is changed off hand by Party B.Consequently Party B will be liable for pensation and plaints lodged by clients, resulting from change of acmodation, transportation and sightseeing program. Party B is also liable for economic loss, if any, incurred to Party A。由于旅行者違反中國的法令和規(guī)定則依法處理，甲方不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。甲乙任何一方如違反中國政府關(guān)于旅行社接待的海外旅游者的在華旅游期間統(tǒng)一實行旅游意外保險的規(guī)定，責(zé)任自負。Article 15Both Parties should try to resolve, through friendly consultation, their disputes, if any, in the execution of the contract. If no solution could be found through consultation, both Parties agree to submit their disputes to China National Tourism Administration for coordinated settlement in accordance with the Law of China.第十六條， 本合同自最后簽字的一方簽字之日起生效，有效期至2015年5月5日。
