【正文】 中外旅行社組團(tuán)合同書（中英雙語版本） 中國國際旅行社xxx分社（以下稱甲方）與加拿大***旅行社（以下稱乙方），為發(fā)展共同事業(yè)，雙方愿在平等互利及友好的基礎(chǔ)上，就雙方的權(quán)利、義務(wù)關(guān)系達(dá)成如下協(xié)議，簽訂本合同。該附件為本合同不可分割的組成部分，具有同等效力。China International Travel Service, Harbin Branch (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Canada Panda Tours (hereinafter referred to as Party B) have, on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and friendly cooperation, reached the following agreement and signed this contract on mutual rights and obligations in the development of the joint industry.The contract and the appendixes to the contract constitute an insepara ble integrity. Both the transcript of the contract and the articles in the ap pendix to the contract hold the same equal authenticity第一條，乙方計劃自2015年x月5日至2016年5月x日組織60個旅行團(tuán)共xxx名旅行者到中國旅行。Article 1Party B plans to organize 60 tours (or delegations) with 2,400 tourists to visit China from May 5, 2015 to May 5, 2016.第二條，雙方商定的旅行團(tuán)，乙方應(yīng)于旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國口岸日期的30天前向甲方確認(rèn)，甲方應(yīng)在接到乙方確認(rèn)函后的3個工作日內(nèi)予以確認(rèn)。乙方至少應(yīng)在每個旅行團(tuán)人中國口岸日期的20天前，以書面形式向甲方提供下列資料：旅游人數(shù)、所需房間數(shù)、入境航班或車次、全團(tuán)成員名單（含姓名、性別、出生年月、職業(yè)、國籍、證件號碼）以及接待要求。Article 2Party B is required to confirm to Party A the final booking on a tour (or a delegation), whenever accepted by Party A, 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the said tour (or delegation) at the point of entry in China.Party A should acknowledge confirmation to Party B within three working days after receipt of confirmation from Party B.Party B is required to send Party A, at least 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival of each tour (or delegation) at the point of entry in Chi na, a detailed list with each participant39。 s full name, sex, date of birth, occupation, nationality, passport number, arrival/departure flight or train number, points and dates of entry and exit, number of rooms required and requests on visits.第三條， 乙方可隨時向甲方提出計劃外新組織的旅行團(tuán)計劃，甲方在收到乙方函電后，應(yīng)在3個工作日內(nèi)發(fā)出答復(fù)函電；乙方在收到甲方的答復(fù)函電后，也應(yīng)在3個工作日內(nèi)予以確認(rèn)。（預(yù)報時間要求和報送資料與第二條相同）。Article 3Party B is free to propose at any time to Party A additional tours (or delegations) other than those planned. Upon receipt of a mail/fax/ proposal from Party B, Party A is required to reply within three working days. Upon receipt of a reply from Party A, Party B is required to acknowledge confirmation to Party A also within three working days, with necessary information as required by Article 2.第四條， 乙方同意至少在旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國國境日期的15天前，用電匯方式
