創(chuàng)新高職院校音樂技能人才“工學(xué)結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)模式的分析-免費(fèi)閱讀
【正文】 在社會上擔(dān)任：廣東省創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會音樂舞蹈專業(yè)委員會主任，廣東省文化學(xué)會表演藝術(shù)專業(yè)委員會常務(wù)理事，廣東省音樂家協(xié)會普通音樂教育學(xué)會理事，澳嘉國際娛樂有限公司藝術(shù)顧問等職務(wù)。學(xué)生在校內(nèi)外的各類大型比賽中屢獲殊榮，學(xué)院被評為“全國藝術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地”、“藝術(shù)教育先進(jìn)單位”，受到社會的廣泛贊譽(yù)。如果學(xué)生能在一些大型的社會活動中實(shí)習(xí)，會得到全方位的鍛煉。因此，筆者非常重視學(xué)生對比賽的參與，筆者在完成教學(xué)任務(wù)的同時，竭盡所能多方面發(fā)掘社會資源，組織學(xué)生參加有意義的演出和比賽，使比賽舞臺成為學(xué)生社會實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練的基地。另一方面，鼓勵學(xué)生參加學(xué)校的藝術(shù)社團(tuán)，通過二課堂活動，學(xué)生有更多的演出機(jī)會，在各種藝術(shù)活動中擔(dān)當(dāng)重要角色。二、課堂外，通過讓學(xué)生參加實(shí)踐，包括舞臺表演、比賽和工作實(shí)踐，讓課堂與舞臺、工作崗位無縫對接，讓教學(xué)實(shí)踐接軌市場，創(chuàng)新“課堂+舞臺+崗位”的人才培養(yǎng)模式 。學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識靈活應(yīng)用，做得活學(xué)活用，真正將理論實(shí)踐化。關(guān)鍵詞：高職院校 音樂技能人才 工學(xué)結(jié)合 培養(yǎng)模式Abstract: In a long time, the cultivation for music skill personnel in higher vocational colleges is emphasized on musical skills. However, how a university student with only musical skills can adapt social requirements after graduation is a topic lacked of researches in the university personnel cultivation mode. How can the musical personnel cultivation be done in a scientific and orderly way along with the integration of work and study?
