The bidding scope includes main plant area geological exploration for the second stage project, engineering design, equipment supply, staff training, project construction, equipment installation, testrun, trial production, start up of production, acceptance test and hand over.雇主采用 EPC 方式招標，其內容包括：主廠區(qū)二期的地質勘探；工程設計；設備供貨；人員培訓；施工；設備安裝；試車；試生產(chǎn)；投產(chǎn)；驗收交付。雇主有權對分包商的技術和財務狀況進行監(jiān)控。 SINTERING ENGINEERING燒結工程In order to meet the requirements for producing 500,000t/a casting billets for the TISCO second stage revamping and expansion project, one set of 550m3 blast furnace and the matched one set of 100m2 sintering machine as well as corresponding utilities shall be built up. 為滿足 TISCO 二期擴建項目 500,000t/a 連鑄坯規(guī)模要求，新建 1 臺500m3 高爐，為此配套建設 1 臺 100m2 燒結機及其配套的公輔設施。年生產(chǎn)能力為 500,000t/a 連鑄坯。 TISCO 現(xiàn)有焦化、燒結、煉鐵、煉鋼、軋鋼生產(chǎn)廠和相應的公輔設施等。Newly constructed sintering machine and its utilities are located at the northeast of original sintering machine, details refer to attached drawings.新建燒結及輔助設施布置在原有燒結的東北面。鍋爐房和淡水增壓水泵站布置在焦爐的西北側。The transportation amount for newly built 550 m3 blast furnace is 549,700 tons yearly, among which, hot metal is 543,200 tons yearly, gas dust is 6,500 tons yearly. Hot metal is transported from casthouse to converter for steelmaking or pig cast machine by railway. Gas dust is transported to sintering workshop from gravitation dust catcher by railway. 新建一座 500m3 高爐運輸量為 萬噸/年，其中：鐵水運輸量為 萬噸/年，瓦斯灰運輸量為 萬噸/年。鐵路運輸：5 輛內燃機車，30 臺 60t 敞車。在 200 人/ 月范圍內，培訓人員的工資，保險和飛機票由雇主負責，而培訓人員國內的住宿，交通和培訓費由承包商負責。Roads for small cars and inaccessible for loadcarrying vehicles within workshops will be constructed by the Contractor.
