Dedusting of the stock house, water granulated slag piling yard, pig iron storage house, pig cast machine, repairing shop of hot metal ladle are located at the northeast of the blast furnace. Turbid water pump station, deposition basin, cooling tower, mud milling room, switchgear station, coal powder injection facilities and wagon weigher are located at the southeast of the blast furnace. The details refer to the attached drawings.熱風(fēng)爐布置在高爐的西南側(cè)；重力除塵器，煤氣凈化設(shè)施，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)站，出鐵場除塵，循環(huán)水泵站，吸水井均布置在高爐的西南面；礦槽，主控室均布置在高爐的西北側(cè)，礦槽除塵，水渣堆場，鐵塊庫，鑄鐵機(jī)，鐵水罐修理間均布置在高爐的東北面, 冷卻塔，濁環(huán)水泵站，沉定池,冷卻塔，碾泥機(jī)室，開關(guān)站，煤粉噴吹設(shè)施，稱重設(shè)施布置在高爐的東南，詳情見附圖。17 / 26Total transportation amount for 550m3 blast furnace and steelmaking with converter is 1107,248 tons yearly, among which, 254,348 tons transportin, 852,900 tons transportout. The other materials such as coal, granulated slag, mud for mud gun, river sand, scrap, ferroalloy material, bulk material, refractory material, blast furnace slag, garbage, etc, all of them are transported by road. 550m3 高爐和煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐總運(yùn)輸能力為年 1107,248 噸，其中，運(yùn)進(jìn)254,348 噸，運(yùn)出量為 852,900 噸，其他原料如：煤，水渣，炮泥，河沙，鐵合金，散料，耐火材料，爐渣。本次設(shè)計(jì)不新增消防車及車庫，由 TISCO 統(tǒng)一考慮。General layout plan is to be decided during technical design review.技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)評論決定總平面圖Main pipelines are arranged at the both sides of road, and
