According to the requirements of sold bidding document 01EPC, dated on March. 10, 2022, for the second stage revamping and expansion project of TISCO, the long process of steel making production line with capacity of 500,000t/a casting billet will be newly built up in the main plant areas of LUU XA. 3. 根據(jù)在 2022 年 3 月 10 日賣出的 01EPC—TISO 二期擴建項目投標文件的要求，在 LUU 的鋼鐵冶煉長流程工程。 PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SHCEDULE項目實施進度表The EPC’s contractor shall plete their work within 30 months.The project construction schedule is arranged based on the actual situations of all the main production lines of second stage revamping and expansion project to meet the requirements of whole project starting production. 承包商應(yīng)在 30 個月內(nèi)完成 EPC 合同中規(guī)定的工作。 The Contractor will employ Vietnam Subcontractor to undertake the works of detailed geological survey and carry out the foundation treatment (Unit price and norm according to Vietnam construction standard). If the total Subcontract price plus the contractor’s management fee do not exceed the amount of 3,265,200 USD which is specified and assigned to such works under Contract, the Contractor will bear the responsibility。 1） Technical appendix I of EPC Contract document for the second stage revamping and expansion project of TISCO, (raw material yard project)。 unloading, storing, evenly blending for concentrated fine ore, coal, lump ore, flux, fuels etc. and directly deliver qualified material, fuel used for sintering, coke making and iron making. All above mentioned ining materials should have qualified particle size and there will be no sizing facilities in the plant.原料車間設(shè)有原料堆場及混勻料場。 COKE MAKING ENGINEERING煉焦工程 One set of 45battery coke oven with the capacity of 300,000 t/a metallurgical coke and byproducts recovery system as well as matched utilities will be newly built.10 / 26新建一臺年生產(chǎn)干焦炭 300,000t/a 的 45－battery 焦爐及其副產(chǎn)品回收系統(tǒng)、配套的公輔系統(tǒng)。 STEEL MAKING amp。Newly built oxygen generating workshop consists of one set of 6500m3/h 11 / 26oxygen generator, matched utilities and auxiliary facilities, piping work in the plant, as well as bottle filling equipment system with capacity of 2022 bottles/day and night (Oxygen bottles excluded).新建制氧車間包括一臺 6500m3/h 的 制氧機和配套工輔設(shè)施，廠區(qū)管網(wǎng)和日裝瓶 2022 的 罐裝設(shè)備系統(tǒng)。The main contents include the general layout, transportation, utilities and auxiliary facilities outside the main shops, such as fuel gas facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, power supply facilities, thermal power facilities, telemunication facilities etc.主要包括內(nèi)容：擴建項目的總圖布置、鐵路運輸、道路運輸及主生產(chǎn)車間外的燃氣設(shè)施、給排水設(shè)施、供電設(shè)施、熱力設(shè)施、電信設(shè)施等公輔系統(tǒng)。In the plant there are railways and station yard of railway, and total railway length in the whole plant is about 60 km (including railway of mines).
