但我們清醒時(shí),曙光才會(huì)破曉。從恩師們身上我體味到了豐富的學(xué)養(yǎng)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖黠L(fēng)、求實(shí)的態(tài)度,勤奮的精神,這都成為了我不斷前行的動(dòng)力和標(biāo)桿。初春的綠城早已艷陽(yáng)朝天,花滿枝頭,欣欣向榮。短短的幾個(gè)月很快就過(guò)去了,天下無(wú)不散筵席,我要感謝我的指導(dǎo)老師,你的點(diǎn)評(píng)讓我受益良多,真所謂“聽(tīng)君一席話,勝讀十年書??偨Y(jié)起來(lái)說(shuō),我把自己從第一節(jié)課開(kāi)始意識(shí)到的不足都一一列了出來(lái),包括:聲音不夠響亮,時(shí)間安排有時(shí)不夠合理,教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)不夠突出,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行討論時(shí)表達(dá)不夠詳盡,給予學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考的空間不夠大……我小心翼翼的記錄著每一點(diǎn),雖然看起來(lái)很多,但我并不為此失去信心,因?yàn)橹挥姓页鲎约旱牟蛔悖拍軌蛴嗅槍?duì)性的去改進(jìn),看到了自己的進(jìn)步,我的自信自然就增加了。班主任要以作則。了解他們的特點(diǎn)以后的工作就好做多了通過(guò)日常的觀察和與學(xué)生的閑談,了解學(xué)生的性格特點(diǎn),有些學(xué)生“吃軟不吃硬”、有些學(xué)生“吃硬不吃軟”,根據(jù)學(xué)生不同的性格特點(diǎn)采取不同的教育方法,達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。激情與耐心互補(bǔ)促進(jìn),才能碰撞出最美麗的火花,工作才能做到最好。 愛(ài),無(wú)聲的教育 。既然我們不能回避他們的存在,我們更不能排斥他們,那么我們就必須尋找有效的教育轉(zhuǎn)化他們的對(duì)策。 一天放學(xué)時(shí),我在二指寬的紙條上寫了一句話:“家長(zhǎng)同志,您的孩子助人為樂(lè),見(jiàn)義勇為。看到學(xué)生認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)情景,自己仿佛回到了小學(xué)快樂(lè)的時(shí)代。如何讓學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生興趣,這是教育孩子的一個(gè)根本觀點(diǎn)。,增加情感投入。解題時(shí)不遵循一定的步驟,解題過(guò)程沒(méi)有邏輯性。在課外,主動(dòng)經(jīng)常耐心細(xì)致幫助學(xué)生解決問(wèn)題,對(duì)不同的學(xué)生因材施教。就這樣,第一堂課在“熱鬧”中接近了尾聲。然后是寫教案。做為教師的對(duì)知識(shí)一知半解肯定是不行的。 聽(tīng)課實(shí)習(xí)的第一個(gè)星期是聽(tīng)課,由于我實(shí)習(xí)所在的學(xué)校實(shí)行“優(yōu)質(zhì)課評(píng)比”,我有機(jī)會(huì)聽(tīng)了很多次優(yōu)質(zhì)課,收獲頗多。辦學(xué)理念 學(xué)校堅(jiān)持“以人為本、開(kāi)發(fā)潛能、和諧發(fā)展,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新”的辦學(xué)理念,以培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人為宗旨,以學(xué)生為主體,以基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科為龍頭,以科學(xué)研究為支撐,以改善辦學(xué)基礎(chǔ)條件為保證,全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。關(guān)鍵詞:教學(xué)過(guò)程 自主學(xué)習(xí) 優(yōu)化教學(xué) 學(xué)習(xí)興趣 Tai’an Donghuan Primary In Education And Teaching Investigation ReportAbstract: As the new curriculum reform being normal, reducing students’ pressure has been the most important problem. But according to the problems on the ments forms from parents, students’ study abilities by themselves get down and learning efficiency gets down. To improve students’ study abilities by themselves according to the current situation, we should pay more attention on class and reduce spending time on the learning class from other teachers onWeekends for learning how to study by grasping the study time in school. Student should grasp three skills including listening efficiency and the ability of correcting and concluding and develop the humanism and scientific literacy.I conclude that we should pay more attention to two points according my practice experience in Curriculum to the present situation of new curriculum reform,we should take actions from two aspects in education and ,guiding students to study by themselves,developing their interest in study, enhancing the ability to study by autonomic learning and their own experience. Second, teachers should take all kinds of teaching methods to optimize teaching process and classroom efficiency. These methods can make students to study and enhance with happiness .I will elaborate m
