Construction Arrangement 施工步驟 Arrangement主要施工內(nèi)容有：施工準(zhǔn)備、錨桿孔定位及鉆孔(含不良地質(zhì)段固結(jié)灌漿處理)、錨桿加工編制、清孔下錨、錨固段注漿（含二次劈裂注漿）、錨桿腰梁及錨斜托澆筑、錨桿張拉、補充注漿及封錨等工作。 1).Preparation Work: The quality and quantity of equipment preparation together with the quantity and structure of human resource arrangement must be patible with the construction of prestressed anchor to meet the construction needs。 Conducting raw materials inspection, approval procedures and data collection.2) 、錨桿施工順序：錨桿施工按從上到下（可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況適當(dāng)調(diào)整）分序加密的原則進行施工。 執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 52242014，錨桿規(guī)格采用絞線3162。 and 2162。 Anchorage: The designed strength of M172 anchorage with 2 holes shall be equal or more than 340KN which match with that steel strand with 2162。shall be plied with. 、錨桿抗拔：待腰梁施工完畢立即進行養(yǎng)護，且腰梁、錨桿混凝土強度達(dá)到80%后才能進行錨桿抗拔實驗檢測； Tensile testing of anchor: The curing work shall be carried out at once after the pletion of intermediate beam construction and the tensile testing of anchor could be conducted after the concrete strength of intermediate beam as well as anchor up to 80%.錨桿檢測實驗按下列規(guī)范進行：The anchor test shall be performed conforming to the following standards:（3） 、錨桿成孔工藝3. Boreforming Process of Anchor錨桿施工工藝流程圖：Anchoring Construction Process Flow Chart、技術(shù)參數(shù)： Technical Parameters:在土方開挖或回填施工的同時，留設(shè)錨桿工作面（錨位以下500mm）。檢查合格后再進行施工。 The technical parameter of anchor hole is based on the geological condition of the drilled location.、鉆壓：鉆孔過程中，鉆壓保持平穩(wěn)，不得隨意增減壓力。 During the drilling proceed, remove the residue timely and keep the inside hole smooth.、主要施工方法： Main Construction Methods 、坡面修整 Clean Surface of Slope錨桿施工前，首先用人工及時按照從上而下分層修坡。Anchor hole shall be drilled after pleting foundation excavation of intermediate beam and ensuring that geological condition of slope can meet the requirement of anchor construction.、錨孔測放 Anchor Hole Measure and Setting out根據(jù)實際坡面，先按設(shè)計布置要求，將錨孔位置準(zhǔn)確測放在坡面上，并用紅油漆在現(xiàn)場施工部位標(biāo)明錨桿開孔位置（詳見附圖一）。In order to improve drilling efficiency and guarantee drilling quality, type 868 Youbolin anchorage drilling rig shall be adopted to drill. Position of Drilling Machine根據(jù)坡面準(zhǔn)確測放錨桿孔位，準(zhǔn)確安裝固定鉆機，并嚴(yán)格認(rèn)真進行機位調(diào)整，確保錨孔開鉆就位縱橫誤差、高程誤差、鉆孔傾角和方向、方位符合中國規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如遇地質(zhì)情況與地勘報告不符出現(xiàn)不良鉆孔現(xiàn)象時，須立即停鉆，及時進行孔道固壁灌漿處理(～)，待水泥砂漿初凝后，重新掃孔鉆孔。出現(xiàn)此類現(xiàn)象進行固壁注漿，漿液為水泥砂漿,24h后重新鉆孔。為確保錨孔直徑，要求實際使用鉆頭直徑不得小于設(shè)計孔徑。除相對堅硬完整的巖體錨固外，余均不得采用高壓水沖洗錨孔。孔徑、孔深檢測采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鉆桿在CMEC工程師旁站下進行，要求驗孔過程中鉆頭平順推進，不產(chǎn)生沖擊或抖動，鉆具驗送長度滿足設(shè)計錨孔深度，退鉆要求順暢，用高壓風(fēng)吹驗不存明顯飛濺塵碴及水體現(xiàn)象。After pletion of drilling work, the next procedure could be continued only after inspected and qualified accepted by CMEC engineer. Inspection for hole diameter and depth shall be carried out with standard drill rods with the witness of CMEC engineer. Drill shall be propelled smoothly without any impact and vibration during inspection process。鉆孔深度大于錨桿設(shè)計長度200mm。錨桿體采用人工安裝，安裝前，認(rèn)真核對錨孔編號，確認(rèn)無誤后再用高壓風(fēng)吹孔，緩緩將錨桿體放入孔內(nèi)，用鋼尺量出孔外露出的鋼絞線長度，計算孔內(nèi)錨桿長度(誤差控制在50mm范圍內(nèi))，確保錨固長度。制作時注意，鋼絞線不得相互纏繞并保證承載體位于鉆孔中部。(3) Set a φ48 * 35mm isolation stent along the length of the anchor every2000mm(see Attachment 4, 5), install the bunching line (binding wire) between the adjacent two isolation stent to make anchor fixed. The strand shall not be entangled with each other ,and ensure that the carrier is located in the middle of the hole and the thickness of the protective layer of the anchor is not less than 20 mm.（4） 、錨桿下料完成入孔安裝前，用高壓風(fēng)清孔一次。Secondary pressure construction process is adopted for the anchoring grouting of this project.、錨桿注漿材料為M25水泥漿，第一次注漿自孔底向外灌注錨固段，灰砂比宜選用1:。 Adopt the secondary high pressure splitting grouting to improve the stratum anchorage force, when encountering the stratum rock mass worse joint fracturing development, breakage structure zone, weak rock mass or developed underground water. Namely, the first grouting material and pressure are same as the normal stratum, the second grouting is high pressure splitting grouting. 45 hours after first grouting, to start splitting grouting to the anchorage section by using M25 neat cement mortar with the pressure not less .、錨桿注漿的實際耗漿量一般要大于理論用量，現(xiàn)場施工以錨具排氣孔不再排氣且孔口漿液溢出濃漿作為注漿結(jié)束的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如錨桿與豎梁箍筋相干擾，可局部調(diào)整箍筋的間距。 Spray sufficient water to concrete for curing to ensure the quality of the intermediate beam after pletion of intermediate beam casting.、錨桿張拉、鎖定、檢測及封錨 Anchoring Tension, Locking,Test and Seal 當(dāng)漿體及腰梁、錨梁的混凝土強度等級達(dá)到設(shè)計強度的80%后進行張拉。Begin the tension when strength grade of the grout and concrete strength grade of intermediate beam and anchor beam reach 80% of the design strength. After pleting the designed tension, to conduct one pensation tension at proper time and then lock. After pensation tension, to remain 510cm steel strand measuring from the anchorage device and cut the balance part by mechanical method. It is forbidden to cut strand by electric arc. Full fill the spacing between the bearing plates and anchor heads by using concrete paste. At last to seal the anchors by using concrete with degree not less than C30 to prevent rusting.、錨桿張拉前檢查錨斜托臺座的承壓面必須平整，并與錨桿的軸線垂直，不滿足要求時作
