Boreforming Process of Anchor錨桿施工工藝流程圖:Anchoring Construction Process Flow Chart、技術(shù)參數(shù): Technical Parameters:在土方開挖或回填施工的同時,留設(shè)錨桿工作面(錨位以下500mm)。檢查合格后再進行施工。 The technical parameter of anchor hole is based on the geological condition of the drilled location.、鉆壓:鉆孔過程中,鉆壓保持平穩(wěn),不得隨意增減壓力。 During the drilling proceed, remove the residue timely and keep the inside hole smooth.、主要施工方法: Main Construction Methods 、坡面修整 Clean Surface of Slope錨桿施工前,首先用人工及時按照從上而下分層修坡。Anchor hole shall be drilled after pleting foundation excavation of intermediate beam and ensuring that geological condition of slope can meet the requirement of anchor construction.、錨孔測放 Anchor Hole Measure and Setting out根據(jù)實際坡面,先按設(shè)計布置要求,將錨孔位置準(zhǔn)確測放在坡面上,并用紅油漆在現(xiàn)場施工部位標(biāo)明錨桿開孔位置(詳見附圖一)。In order to improve drilling efficiency and guarantee drilling quality, type 868 Youbolin anchorage drilling rig shall be adopted to drill. Position of Drilling Machine根據(jù)坡面準(zhǔn)確測放錨桿孔位,準(zhǔn)確安裝固定鉆機,并嚴(yán)格認(rèn)真進行機位調(diào)整,確保錨孔開鉆就位縱橫誤差、高程誤差、鉆孔傾角和方向、方位符合中國規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如遇地質(zhì)情況與地勘報告不符出現(xiàn)不良鉆孔現(xiàn)象時,須立即停鉆,及時進行孔道固壁灌漿處理(~),待水泥砂漿初凝后,重新掃孔鉆孔。出現(xiàn)此類現(xiàn)象進行固壁注漿,漿液為水泥砂漿,24h后重新鉆孔。為確保錨孔直徑,要求實際使用鉆頭直徑不得小于設(shè)計孔徑。除相對堅硬完整的巖體錨固外,余均不得采用高壓水沖洗錨孔。孔徑、孔深檢測采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鉆桿在CMEC工程師旁站下進行,要求驗孔過程中鉆頭平順推進,不產(chǎn)生沖擊或抖動,鉆具驗送長度滿足設(shè)計錨孔深度,退鉆要求順暢,用高壓風(fēng)吹驗不存明顯飛濺塵碴及水體現(xiàn)象。After pletion of drilling work, the next procedure could be continued only after inspected and qualified accepted by CMEC engineer. Drill shall be propelled smoothly without any impact and vibration during inspection process。鉆孔深度大于錨桿設(shè)計長度200mm。錨桿體采用人工安裝,安裝前,認(rèn)真核對錨孔編號,確認(rèn)無誤后再用高壓風(fēng)吹孔,緩緩將錨桿體放入孔內(nèi),用鋼尺量出孔外露出的鋼絞線長度,計算孔內(nèi)錨桿長度(誤差控制在50mm范圍內(nèi)),確保錨固長度。制作時注意,鋼絞線不得相互纏繞并保證承載體位于鉆孔中部。(3) Set a φ48 * 35mm isolation stent along the length of the anchor every2000mm(see Attachment 4, 5), install the bunching line (binding wire) between the adjacent two isolation stent to make anchor fixed.
