Regardless of the developed country, or the new developing countries and regions, are supporting the SME (small and mediumsized enterprise) actively and strengthening the study on SME. In the recent years, our government realizes that the SME is the important part of the national economy, so the development of the SME has already bee the focus that society of our country has paid much attention to. But how to promote SME growing up healthily is in further exploration. With the full development of market economy, the financial management bees more and more important. The quality of the financial management is very important for the development of the enterprises. In this text, I will try to analyze the problems separately from inside management of SME and external environment, and give some basic advices for solving these problems. This thesis can be divided into four chapters: Firstly, it discusses the character and current station of china’s SME。 outside environment。但如何促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)健康成長(zhǎng)，并使其在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大潮中順利與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)接軌還在進(jìn)一步的探索之中。下面就通過(guò)分析我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的特征和現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合存在于中小企業(yè)外部的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境，剖析中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理方面的問(wèn)題，并提出解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。 （一）中小企業(yè)的一般特征 中國(guó)的中小企業(yè)既不像大型企業(yè)那樣主要為國(guó)有企業(yè)，也不像西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家那樣多為私人企業(yè)，而是有國(guó)有、集體、民營(yíng)企業(yè)等多種所有制組成。 我國(guó)的中小企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)化協(xié)作差，在銷售方面缺乏固定的渠道。
