Contract price will not be adjusted and neither party could ange it during contract execution. except the factor listed in Sub article 2.合同價(jià)款：合同價(jià)款采用固定合同總價(jià)的方式確定、技術(shù)要求、圖紙、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)費(fèi)等等全部包干甲方不提出設(shè)計(jì)變更現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽證結(jié)算時(shí)合同價(jià)款不予調(diào)整。(4) In case of the site construction in Iran, Buyer will be responsible for visa, roundtrip fares and traveling expense, food and acmodation, and 30 US Dollar daily subsidies for ea of Seller’s construction personnel on Iran Site.
