【正文】 工程圖 單片機(jī)的介紹及程序說(shuō)明 單片機(jī)的概述自1946年美國(guó)軍方定制的第一臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)現(xiàn)世以來(lái)，計(jì)算機(jī)的微型化便從未停止過其腳步，最開始的計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)箱需要幾間屋子盛放，后來(lái)變成火車頭大小，再到八九十年代的臺(tái)式機(jī)，筆記本，平板電腦。 整體視覺圖從上圖的整體視覺圖中不難看出，可移動(dòng)固定平臺(tái)有X軸移動(dòng)行程，與Y軸移動(dòng)行程。根據(jù)實(shí)際測(cè)量所得銑床尺寸，將此次三維構(gòu)件分解為三個(gè)零構(gòu)件，分別為銑床底座，可移動(dòng)固件平臺(tái)，刀具裝置件。SolidWorks是一套基于Windows的CAD／CAE／CAM／PDM桌面集成系統(tǒng)，是美國(guó)SolidWorks公司于1995年11月研制的。在筆者看來(lái)數(shù)字技術(shù)必然如上文所說(shuō)一樣，逐漸簡(jiǎn)單化，平民化，全民有興趣之人都可以參與進(jìn)來(lái)，都可以按照自己的個(gè)性加工出自己的零件，編寫調(diào)試出帶有個(gè)人特點(diǎn)的程序，組裝自己心儀的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)人不同的要求。筆者在假期實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)，曾進(jìn)入一些工廠實(shí)習(xí)工作，這些工廠中還保留著大量非數(shù)控的銑床，車床等機(jī)床。也可以連接普通的非數(shù)字化銑床，將其升級(jí)為半自動(dòng)化銑床，解放手工操作。就好像美國(guó)電影中，一個(gè)鄉(xiāng)下農(nóng)場(chǎng)中，個(gè)人的愛好小作坊居然也能發(fā)展，制造出改變世界的發(fā)明一樣。顯然傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造步驟根本無(wú)法滿足以上要求。時(shí)下的大背景是激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，在實(shí)際樣機(jī)平臺(tái)上的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證程序嚴(yán)重地限制了其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、其成本及其對(duì)市場(chǎng)的占有。當(dāng)試驗(yàn)顯現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)缺點(diǎn)不足時(shí)，又要回頭修改第二步設(shè)計(jì)并再用樣機(jī)驗(yàn)證。 in the software design, interpolation procedures through the preparation of, relatively easy to achieve running direction and speed of the milling machine control.
