【正文】 動物模型，篩選合成得到了吲哚乙酸衍生物吲哚美辛。關(guān)鍵詞：吲哚美辛；緩釋骨架片；釋放度；處方篩選Preparation and invitro Release of Indomethacin Sustained Release TabletsBa XiaojingDirector：Ke Zhongcheng（College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Huangshan University, Huangshan, Anhui, 245041）Abstract：The main purpose of this paper is to improve oral indomethacin mon preparation process of drug release, reduce toxicity, the patients improve pliance, and will be made into Indomethacin Sustainedrelease tables. The wathersoluble hydrophilic matrix HPMC(K4) was used to prepare sustaindrelease tablets by the wet granule pression technique. The content of the major drug was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 320nm, the release mechanic was studied by determining the dissolution. Finally through the parallel tests determine the prescription in 2 h, 6 h, 12 h the accumulation of the drug release and the curve of drug release of investigation, after screening eventually get the best prescription optimization prescription.
