The wathersoluble hydrophilic matrix HPMC(K4) was used to prepare sustaindrelease tablets by the wet granule pression technique. The content of the major drug was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 320nm, the release mechanic was studied by determining the dissolution. Finally through the parallel tests determine the prescription in 2 h, 6 h, 12 h the accumulation of the drug release and the curve of drug release of investigation, after screening eventually get the best prescription optimization prescription. The result showed that the Indomethacin Sustainedrelease tables which were perpared by the formula of 5 was good in release effect,
