緒論本課題主要是根據(jù)國內(nèi)目前的機械制造行業(yè)的技術(shù)力量,結(jié)合現(xiàn)實工作中普通臥式銑床在加工多樣化的批量產(chǎn)品中所遇到的困難與不足,進行研究、分析,設(shè)計零件加工工藝規(guī)程并尋找最優(yōu)良的銑床專業(yè)夾具?,F(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)要求企業(yè)所制造的產(chǎn)品品種經(jīng)常更新?lián)Q代,以適應(yīng)市場的需求與競爭。標準化 機床夾具的標準化與通用化是相互聯(lián)系的兩個方面。精密化夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)類型很多,例如用于精密分度的多齒盤,其分度精度可達177。例如,在銑床上使用電動虎鉗裝夾工件,效率可提高 5 倍左右;在車床上使用高速三爪自定心卡盤,可保證卡爪在試驗轉(zhuǎn)速為 9000r/min
