【正文】 market expands and business develops rapidly, using traditional management methods have been unable to deal with the increasing production, inventory and information. According to this, panies hope to use ERP to make business process more quickly and easily in the management of HR, financial, material, production, supply and marketing. In the process of implementing ERP project, I participated in the design and implementation of procurement module. In this paper, the requirement analysis of manufacturers of electronic precision connectors will consist of three parts: business characteristics, functional demands and data needs. Then system design will be carried out from three aspects: system architecture, system function and system processes. Meanwhile, considering the actual business needs, there are some things to prepare for the new system, for instance, unifying coding structure and batch rule and standardizing system data is important. Afterwards the paper summarizes implementation method and implementation process and implementation results of procurement and outsourcing management system. Finally, important steps in the implementation process and possible problems and their solutions are going to be described.
