【正文】 elay penalty..如因乙方的原因使該項(xiàng)目的施工不能按照甲方的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃完成，并經(jīng)甲方糾偏無效且實(shí)際影響了甲方的整個工程進(jìn)度，或因該項(xiàng)目的驗(yàn)收質(zhì)量導(dǎo)致甲方整個工程的質(zhì)量達(dá)不到業(yè)主質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除扣除正常的工期延期罰款外，經(jīng)業(yè)主認(rèn)定后乙方應(yīng)賠償由此給甲方造成的損失。(3) 10% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T after one year normal operation of the facility and the Warranty Period expired. *剩下的10%作為質(zhì)保金，設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行1年后付清。提前工期不予獎勵。(3) Construction period may be postponed as Buyer agreed after he certified that the delay not caused by Seller.非乙方原因造成工期延誤，須經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)后工期順延。 Seller should provide reasonable protection and insurance for its personnel’s safety.
