Should COMPANY decide that any of CONTRACTOR’S personnel demonstrate excessive misconduct or inpetence, COMPANY will notify CONTRACTOR’S representative in writing. CONTRACTOR is obligated to remove such personnel from COMPANY’S Area of Operation effective 48 hours upon receipt of notification. CONTRACTOR will delegate that person’s responsibility to an acceptable candidate until such time as a replacement can be located at CONTRACTOR’S sole expense after notification has been given by COMPANY.
