However, modern reserved emerce development bottleneck is increasingly serious, how to make both parties coordinated development, bee the important topic. From the electronic merce and the coordination of modern logistics, and analyses the electronic merce and the coordinated development of modern logistics of the necessity the development of the existing problems and countermeasures of the preliminary research. The electronic merce and the modern logistics cooperation are information technology and electronic technology, logistics development inevitable result. With online business activities of further thorough, the electronic merce and the coordinated development of modern logistics became a kind of inevitable. However, in at present our country electronic merce and the coordinated development of modern logistics in exists some problems to be resolved, such as are resolved, certainly will affect the electronic merce and the coordinated development of modern logistics.
