Verification 證書核查a) Marine Personnel Department should focus on the following:船員部應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注:i. Marine Personnel Department check the medical certificate and Vaccination/ Prophylaxis Certificate to determine whether the basic information, such as Date of birth, Name, etc. are consistent with other document produced by seafarer, where certificate forged, altered, the seafarer should not be employed. 船員部對上船海員持有的體檢證書和預(yù)防接種證書進(jìn)行核對,核對其與其他證書的基本信息是否一致,這些信息包括海員出生日期,姓名等。b) Master should check seafarer signon against medical certificate and Vaccination/ Prophylaxis Certificate to ascertain if the holder of certificate is fit for his/her duty。對于18 周歲以下的海員,1 年;i. in respect of a seafarer 18 years of age and under 55 years of age, 2 years。條件是:a) Obtain the approval of petent authority,獲得主管當(dāng)局的批準(zhǔn)b) the period of such permission does not exceed three months。c) Masters, officers and watchkeeping seafarers shall hold valid petency certificates and petency certificates of professional trainings in pliance with served navigation zone, ship type, tonnage or type of the main engine and assigned duties plying with the provisions of the STCW Convention, as amended from time to time. 在船船長、高級海員和值班水手、值班機(jī)工須遵守經(jīng)修訂的STCW公約的要求,持有與其所服務(wù)的船舶航區(qū)、種類、等級或主機(jī)類別和所擔(dān)任的職務(wù)相符的有效適任證書和專業(yè)培訓(xùn)合格證書d) Seafarer shall have successful pleted the training required by the Section AVI/1 of the Code of the STCW Convention, as amended from time to time.在船工作的海員,應(yīng)成功完成經(jīng)修訂的STCW 公約規(guī)則第第AVI/1 節(jié)要求的培訓(xùn)e) Seafarer serving on the vessel shall also hold other relevant certificates regulated by the petent authority of the flag state.在船工作的海員,還須持有船旗國主管當(dāng)局規(guī)定的相關(guān)證書。并在海員服務(wù)期間,妥善保存這些證書并在海員證書清單中對證書的有效期進(jìn)行登記。3. Job description of each seafarer is clearly defined in the Company’s SMS Manuals. These are explained to the seafarer prior to joining the vessel.
