Verification 證書核查a) Marine Personnel Department should focus on the following：船員部應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注：i. Job description of each seafarer is clearly defined in the Company’s SMS Manuals. These are explained to the seafarer prior to joining the vessel.
