In depth analysis, processing, summary Sanjiang nonwoven nonwoven production pany system practical application based on the experience, this paper establishes crosslaying machine kinematics model, and gives its motion control solutions, to ensure the quality of the products, car uses the S curve acceleration and deceleration, for its high speed and stable operation of protection. The selected cross lapper this part carries on the thorough discussion, from the meet the requirements of production and product quality in the basic starting point, put forward positive control strategy, through the PLC control to change the motor rotating, thereby improving the production efficiency, improve product quality.[Keywords]Nonwovens。井岡山大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 密級： JINGGANGSHAN UNIVERSITY本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）題目 鋪網(wǎng)機中電機正反轉(zhuǎn)控制 學(xué) 院 機電工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動化 班 級 08電氣本（1） 教 務(wù) 處 印 制III鋪網(wǎng)機中電機正反轉(zhuǎn)的控制[摘要]非織造布工業(yè)被譽為紡織工業(yè)中的“朝陽工業(yè)”，近幾年我國的非織造布行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但是我國非織造布生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備交叉鋪網(wǎng)機的水平卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于世界先進(jìn)水平，已經(jīng)成為我國非織造布行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。 Cross lapper。公司擁有獨特的無紡布水刺工藝，所生產(chǎn)的雙組份中空桔瓣超細(xì)長纖維紡粘水刺無紡布，達(dá)到世界領(lǐng)先的水平，目前正廣泛應(yīng)用于擦拭材料、工業(yè)吸水吸油擦拭材料、家紡防螨材料、氣液體過濾材料、高級印花壁材、服裝材料、美容卸妝材料、高檔防護材料PU與 PVC皮革材料、超纖革材料、轎車內(nèi)飾頂篷材料及衛(wèi)生材料等。(2)加藥機：使得兩種棉更容易纏結(jié)。由于纖維的種類和工藝要求不同，梳理機也有各種不同的結(jié)構(gòu)，如梳棉機、梳毛機、梳麻機等。(6)交叉鋪網(wǎng)機：作用有改變布料的寬度，和厚度，提高布匹的橫向拉力。(10)烘干機：使布料干燥，不易臟。隨著非織造布行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的鋪網(wǎng)機缺乏對纖維網(wǎng)鋪放的控制，造成纖網(wǎng)均勻度差，邊緣增重嚴(yán)重，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不高，人機界面不靈活等缺點日益顯現(xiàn)，這已經(jīng)成為我國非織造布行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。吉安三江超纖無紡有限公司使用的是法國阿斯蘭公司（Asselin）的Profile交叉鋪網(wǎng)機，圖12為現(xiàn)場拍得的實物圖片。小車B和補償輥D固定在同步帶上由M2電機拖動共同運動。高速鋪網(wǎng)機運行速度高，運動部件質(zhì)量大，慣性力大，在往復(fù)鋪網(wǎng)過程中，上下小車和前簾驅(qū)動電機與后簾驅(qū)動電機頻繁起停，為減少兩端換向時的纖網(wǎng)超喂的影響，應(yīng)盡量縮短加減速時間，在輸網(wǎng)簾速度為80m/min時，一般加減速時間應(yīng)控制在400ms以內(nèi)。本控制系統(tǒng)可采用S曲線加減速，如圖23所示。目前高性能的交叉鋪網(wǎng)機均為國外廠家產(chǎn)品，主要有德國奧特法(AUTEF
