Application of L9 (34) orthogonal experimental method to find the best process conditions for extraction of theasaponin: extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 90min, tea seed and water for the solidliquid ratio of 1:7, PH 5, at this point, the extraction rate of teasaponin will reach 8%. And meanwhile, the applications of theasaponin in shampoos is studied. Experimental results show that adding an appropriate amount of teasaponin in shampoo, not only make foam better performance, but not change by the water hardness, also has to make hair glossy and smooth, Therefore, the teasaponin as an ideal of natural surfactants in the daily cosmetic area has broad application prospects, worthy of our indepth inquiry.Key words: Theasaponin。應用L9(34)正交實驗,得到提取茶皂素的最佳工藝條件:浸提溫度90℃、液料比1:pH值5,此時茶皂素的提取率將達到8 %。同時,對茶皂素在洗發(fā)香波中的應用進行了研究。 method of water and alcohol extraction。圖11 茶皂素的分子結構我國油茶林面積和產量均居世界首位,全國現有油茶總面積約 5500萬畝,油茶是我國特有的一種木本油料資源,每年的茶籽產量在 65萬 噸左右,約生產 15萬噸茶油以及50萬噸的茶籽餅粕,油茶餅粕中含有多種經濟價值較高物質,如含脂肪 5%、蛋白質 l5%、粗纖維 6%、糖類 40%、灰分6%、皂素 l0%~l4%、單寧 2%、咖啡堿0.95%,但長期以來沒有得到合理利用,大部份餅粕當燃料燒掉,或廉價出口到日本、東南亞等國家,造成資源的極大浪費,更為嚴重的是積壓的油茶餅粕發(fā)霉生蟲污染環(huán)境,這種局面應該得到改觀。 茶皂素的性質 茶皂素的理化性質純茶皂素是白色微細柱狀結晶體,吸濕性強,對甲基紅明顯酸性,難溶于冷水、無水甲醇、無水乙醇,不溶于乙醚、丙酮、苯、石油醚等有機溶劑,稍溶于溫水,易溶于熱水、含水甲醇、含水乙醇、正丁醇及冰醋酸,在稀堿水溶液中溶解度明顯增加[2]?!侗静菥V目》也有記載:“條籽搗仁洗農除油膩”。茶皂素與水振蕩后產生蜂窩狀泡沫,據報道,0、05%茶皂素水溶液,振蕩后產生的泡沫可以保持 30min而不消散,而優(yōu)等肥皂 0.06%的水溶液振
