We are trying to save the manatees 注：個(gè)別知識(shí)點(diǎn) （重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)） ，在慕課課程資源建設(shè)中，可能根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作適當(dāng)調(diào)整。 ： 5 月 10 日前，承擔(dān)慕課建設(shè)任務(wù)的教師以及 信息技術(shù)教師剪輯修改視頻文件，整理相關(guān)配套資源。 ： 3月 15 日前，項(xiàng)目學(xué)校組織有關(guān)學(xué)科專(zhuān)家及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員研究講座腳本以及教學(xué)設(shè) 計(jì)。 ： 2 月 5 日前， 項(xiàng)目學(xué)校明確項(xiàng)目 負(fù)責(zé)人，牽頭組建本校慕課研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，要求骨干教師、教壇新秀、信息技術(shù)能手“三結(jié)合” 。 （詳見(jiàn)附件 2） 英語(yǔ)： 按照年級(jí)、學(xué)期、單元，梳理和剖析初中英語(yǔ)13 年級(jí)教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)知識(shí)點(diǎn) 60 個(gè)左右。 MOOC課程的專(zhuān)家： 整合全省教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)、教育科研機(jī)構(gòu)、中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)基地學(xué)校以及高校的學(xué) 科專(zhuān)家和教學(xué)名師資源，共同參與全省中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn) MOOC 建設(shè)，分學(xué)科打造“學(xué)術(shù)共同體”。 一、建設(shè) 目標(biāo)與 任務(wù) “湖南 MOOC模式”： MOOC課程的建設(shè)工作力爭(zhēng)做到“四個(gè)結(jié)合”，（ 1）省級(jí)教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)和中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)基地學(xué)校相結(jié)合；（ 2）學(xué)科課程專(zhuān)家和一線(xiàn)教學(xué)名師相結(jié)合；（ 3）精品課程資源和網(wǎng)絡(luò)生成資源相結(jié)合；（ 4）文本資源與音視頻資源以及多維課件相結(jié)合。這一重大舉措旨在幫助全省中小學(xué)教師厘清所任教學(xué)科的重難點(diǎn)，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中突出教學(xué)重點(diǎn)，突破教學(xué)難點(diǎn)，提高課堂教學(xué)效率，從而整體提升全省基礎(chǔ)教育的質(zhì)量水平，促進(jìn)均衡發(fā)展。 湖南 中小學(xué) 教師培訓(xùn)慕課 建設(shè) 與創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用 實(shí)施方案 2020 年 3 月，我中心啟動(dòng)了湖南省《中小學(xué)教師學(xué)科教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)內(nèi)容培訓(xùn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的研制工作，涉及到小學(xué)、初中、高中所有學(xué)科領(lǐng)域，共計(jì) 42 個(gè)學(xué)科。 如何切實(shí)解決好“工學(xué)矛盾”，提高培訓(xùn)的針對(duì)性、自主性和有效性，必須借助于信息技術(shù)手段，實(shí)施大規(guī)模、開(kāi)放的、在線(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)，即 MOOC（ Massive Open Online Course）。 初中 “語(yǔ)數(shù)英” 和小學(xué)體育與健康 、科學(xué)五個(gè)學(xué)科 教師培訓(xùn) MOOC課程： 以 各學(xué)科 教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)為線(xiàn)索建設(shè) MOOC課程，每個(gè) MOOC 包括電子文本、微課視頻、多維課件等課程資源。擬在“湖南省中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)基地學(xué)?！?或當(dāng)?shù)貎?yōu)質(zhì)中小學(xué) 中遴選 48 所 優(yōu)質(zhì) 中 小學(xué)作為 MOOC建設(shè) 項(xiàng)目學(xué)校 ，組織 50 名左右的學(xué)科專(zhuān)家和 600 名左右的一線(xiàn)骨干教師分別參與 5 個(gè)學(xué)科的 MOOC建設(shè)。 （詳見(jiàn)附件 3） ： 分“物質(zhì)科學(xué) ”、 “生命科學(xué) ”、 “地球與空間科學(xué) ” 等內(nèi)容模塊，剖析小學(xué) 科學(xué) 16年級(jí)教與學(xué)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)知識(shí)點(diǎn) 110 個(gè)左右。 ： 2 月 10日前， 以該《學(xué)科教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)內(nèi)容培訓(xùn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中相應(yīng)的重難點(diǎn)“知識(shí)點(diǎn)”為線(xiàn)索，責(zé)任到人，每位名優(yōu)教師承擔(dān) 12 個(gè)慕課資源包的研發(fā)任務(wù)。 ： 3月 20日前，承擔(dān)慕課建設(shè)任務(wù)的教師，在信息技術(shù)教師的幫助下，制作講座和教學(xué)課件。 交 ： 6 月 1 日前，項(xiàng)目學(xué)校組織相關(guān)學(xué)科專(zhuān)家、骨干教師審閱所有慕課資源，進(jìn)一步修改完善 。 中小學(xué) 教師培訓(xùn) MOOC 課程資源媒體技術(shù)要求 媒體類(lèi)型 技術(shù)要求 備注 網(wǎng)頁(yè) 網(wǎng)頁(yè)的制作需符合 W3C 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，1024*768 的屏幕分辨率下不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)橫向滾屏，通常的寬度設(shè)計(jì)為 960 像素，網(wǎng)頁(yè)可設(shè)計(jì)成自適應(yīng)寬度；長(zhǎng)度不宜太長(zhǎng)，一般不要超過(guò) 3 屏。 ②最終的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程，真正意義上的MOOC，由中心統(tǒng)一制作并上傳。 ① 圖片能夠在屏幕上清晰 地 觀看。 ① 畫(huà)面清晰，適合 師生 課堂觀看。 最好能夠提供母帶。 音頻 Mp3 格式：音頻為采樣率為 ① 聲音清晰、飽滿(mǎn)、圓潤(rùn)，無(wú)失真、噪 48KHZ， A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換為 16bit，碼流為 224Kbits/s 聲雜音干擾、音量忽大忽小 、忽高忽低現(xiàn)象。（注： Word 默認(rèn)設(shè)置） ① 排版要求美觀大方、格式統(tǒng)一。紙質(zhì)稿應(yīng)為 A4規(guī)格，版
