Master the important words, phrases and sentences patterns.2. Collect the reasons why the poets write poems.3. The similarities and differences between the Chinese and English poets and poems.(二)教學難點:1. Find out the characteristics of each kind of poems.2. Practice writing simple poems.五、教學過程設(shè)計Step1 Leading in Enjoy a piece of music.(水調(diào)歌頭)設(shè)計意圖:通過欣賞這首由詩歌改編成的歌曲,不僅活躍了課堂氣氛,而且創(chuàng)設(shè)了良好的學習氣氛,激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣,在課的一開始就把學生的注意力全部吸引過來了,也很自然的導入到了下一個教學步驟。重點詞匯poem, recite, aspect, rhyme, rhythm, nursery rhyme, diamond, endless, branch, translation, transform, joy, anger, make up of, in particular, eventually, take it easy, run out of, contradictory.重點句型Some poems tell a story or .... Others......They delight small children because ... ….With so many different forms of poetry to choose from …(二) 能力目標能夠熟練的掌握本課內(nèi)容,用所學句型,進行交流。在這一課時里,我將Warming up, Prereading和Reading部分整合成了一篇閱讀課。結(jié)合本年段國家級子課題“高中英語閱讀理解策略的形成性評價”的實施和本班學生的實際,對教材進行了操作性較強的處理。 Reading)一、整體設(shè)計思路、指導依據(jù)說明英語教學是一種動態(tài)教學或活動教學,教學過程是交際活動過程。只有從組織教學活動入手,大量地進行語言實踐,使英語課堂交際化,才能有效地培養(yǎng)學生運用英語進行交際的能力。二、教學背景分析(一) 教學內(nèi)容分析:本單元以Poems為話題,從學生初次接觸英文詩歌,擴展到英文詩歌創(chuàng)作的動機、有關(guān)詩歌的一些基本知識(包括詩歌的種類、風格)等。通過這一課時的學習,學生從回顧所學中文詩歌到說出自己最喜歡的中文詩歌并闡明理由;然后通過快速閱讀Reading部分了解幾種形式簡單的英語詩歌,從而激發(fā)他們詩歌創(chuàng)作的熱情?。ǘ?學生情況分析:本節(jié)課的教學對象是高二學生,他們很理解中文詩歌的種類、風格、特色,對詩歌的學習充滿了興趣,想知道中英文詩歌是否一樣?他們具有豐富的想象力和活躍的思維,具有一定的分析和解決問題的能力。讓學生在特定的情境下運用所學的知識,培養(yǎng)學生實際運用英語的能力。Step2:Warming upTask1 enjoying the music, ask students to talk about their favorite Chinese poems. “Do you like poems? Which one is your favorite? Why do you like it best?”設(shè)計意圖:運用問題式教學,通過對自己最喜歡的中文詩歌的回顧,引發(fā)學生對英文詩歌的向往。Step3:PrereadingTask2 Ask the students to skim the poems in the Reading and answer the questions. Then tick the box.(P9)Questions: How many kinds of poems does the text mention? What are they?設(shè)計意圖: 運用任務(wù)型教學法與合作學習方法讓學生以小組的形式完成這一任務(wù)。所以通過聽力訓練,學生能很快回答出問題。2. Let students read another list poem loudly. (To my parents, thank you!)設(shè)計意圖:通過讀這首詩,讓學生進一步了解清單詩,可以說是上一步的延續(xù)。E)1. Ask the students to read two poems together.2. Help the students find the topic of each poem and summarize the features of Cinquain line by line.設(shè)計意圖:五行詩很簡單,讀起來很有趣。G)1. Let the students listen to the tape and close their eyes enjoying them. Just imagine the beautiful scene and encourage them to describe the scene.2. Summarize the feature: How many syllables are there in the Haiku?設(shè)計意圖:俳句詩是流行于日本的一種詩歌,學生不大熟悉,因此,對這類詩歌,學生了解一下就行了。在整個Reading的教學過程中,我們對不同的詩歌種類采用不同的教學方法,有的放矢的進行教學,不僅提高了學生的學習興趣,也訓練了學生聽、說、讀、寫各方面的能力。最后,我也通過一首Cinquain結(jié)束了這節(jié)課,不僅僅是一首詩 ,而且也是對學生在這節(jié)課上的
