So the translation of public signs is right or wrong is mostly based on the quality of the translators. So in order to improve the translation, we must improve the quality of the translators. Firstly, the translators must do well in the language features of the pubic signs, which is helpful to their translations. Secondly, the translators should form habits of accumulation. In daily life, when meeting useful and difficult expressions, they should write them down. The translators should listen to more English news, read a lot of English essays, especially about China, and pay more attention to the words that the foreigners use to express themselves. Thirdly, at the same time, the translators also face all kinds of difficulties caused by the differences of cultures and languages in different countries. So the translator should pay attention to the cultural background. The people with different cultures, different social backgrounds, different life styles, and different thinking will have different language expressions.
