l process, involves the selection of the sleeve, the determination of semifinished materials, the machining allowance, the working procedure size and the mon difference. I draw up the sleeve route, and choose the process unit. And then I carry on the putation of the cutting specifications and the time norm, next I fill abovementioned results in machinefinishing technological process card and the machinefinishing working procedure card. In order to guarantee the processing quality and enhance the production efficiency, I carry out the jig design to the essential working procedure. In this paper I have made the simple outline to the operating principle, the function, the classification and the position of the jig. I have also emphatically analyzed the characteristic and the request of the working procedure, determined the localization plan according to the result, and designed the localization part, the clamp anization, the guiding ponent and the jig body. Therefore, the processing precision and the design quality have been guaranteed.
