Detail service origin, relationship between concrete manifestation and standard service are mainly studied. On the basis of it , the author put forward the related proposals and countermeasure. On the other hand ,the author also explore detail service of hotel dining room to further promote the detail service grade and petitive power of the hotels of our country.Key words：Shanghai International Convention Center。不但影響了餐飲服務員的積極性而且直接損害了酒店的利益。細節(jié)服務相對于標準化服務的區(qū)別在于：細節(jié)服務要求更為細微的主動服務、靈活服務及超常服務。而在上海國際會議中心自助餐廳的細節(jié)服務只停留在顧客需要什么就給他什么的狀況。相當少的回頭客是因為細節(jié)服務做得好而回來就餐的。因此，想要提升顧客的滿意度就得根據不同的顧客提供相應的細節(jié)服務。（四）自助餐廳本身細節(jié)服務的局限性國際會議中心自助餐廳服務有這樣一幕：曾有過一位客人想在自助餐廳吃西餐，就因為這里的環(huán)境比西餐廳好，但是自助餐廳沒有這樣的先例，也沒有這樣的服務，最主要的是我們不清楚西餐的服務流程，所以我們提供不了這樣的
