【正文】 相關(guān)的建議及對(duì)策，主要從酒店餐廳服務(wù)的細(xì)節(jié)這一方面來(lái)進(jìn)行探究，從而進(jìn)一步提升我國(guó)酒店的細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)質(zhì)量，提升其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。論上海國(guó)際會(huì)議中心自助餐廳細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策旅游與酒店管理學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè) 朱陽(yáng)莉摘要：隨著酒店業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)份額，提高效益成為酒店業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的主要目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞：上海國(guó)際會(huì)議中心 自助餐廳 細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)Discussion on the Problem and Countermeasure of Detail at Shanghai International Convention Center (school of Tourism and Hotel Management,Jinhua College of Technology and Profession , Zhu Yangli)Abstract：With the high development of hotel industry ,the hotel aims at the market share and the service grade is the key aspect which decides on success or failure of a article is about study on the hotel detail service starting with service . Detail service origin, relationship between concrete manifestation and standard service are mainly studied. On the basis of it , the author put forward the related proposals and countermeasure. On the other hand ,the author also explore detail service of hotel dining room to further promote the detail service grade and petitive power of the hotels of our country.Key words：Shanghai International Convention Center。不但影響了餐飲服務(wù)員的積極性而且直接損害了酒店的利益。細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)相對(duì)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)的區(qū)別在于：細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)要求更為細(xì)微的主動(dòng)服務(wù)、靈活服務(wù)及超常服務(wù)。而在上海國(guó)際會(huì)議中心自助餐廳的細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)只停留在顧客需要什么就給他什么的狀況。相當(dāng)少的回頭客是因?yàn)榧?xì)節(jié)服務(wù)做得好而回來(lái)就餐的。因此，想要提升顧客的滿意度就得根據(jù)不同的顧客提供相應(yīng)的細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)。（四）自助餐廳本身細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)的局限性國(guó)際會(huì)議中心自助餐廳服務(wù)有這樣一幕：曾有過(guò)一位客人想在自助餐廳吃西餐，就因?yàn)檫@里的環(huán)境比西餐廳好，但是自助餐廳沒(méi)有這樣的先例，也沒(méi)有這樣的服務(wù)，最主要的是我們不清楚西餐的服務(wù)流程，所以我們提供不了這樣的
