Contract” means the contract entered into between the Employer and the contractor, Particulars of Which are given in Part II of the Conditions of Subcontract. the nature of the default in respect of which the claim is to be made. 任何情況下，承包商在按照履約保證提出索賠之前，皆應(yīng)通知分包商，說明導(dǎo)致索賠的違約性質(zhì)。 Assignment of Subcontract 分包合同的轉(zhuǎn)讓 The Subcontractor shall not, without the prior consent of the Contractor (which consent, notwithstanding the provisions of SubClause , shall be at the sole discretion of the Contractor), assign the Subcontract or any part Governing Law適用的法律 Unless otherwise stated in Part II of the Conditions of Subcontract, the law of the country or state which applies to the Main Contract and according to which the Main Contract is construed shall also apply to the Subcontract and be the law according to which the Subcontract shall be construed.
