llable productresponsibility, the quality of products can not associate with processing personnel,crafts, materials, suppliers and so on。在實(shí)現(xiàn)方面,本文利用CERP應(yīng)用軟件框架進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)功能模塊包括基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務(wù)單據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)、追蹤溯源子系統(tǒng)三個(gè)模塊。本文研究了支持產(chǎn)品物料追蹤溯源的物流管理系統(tǒng),旨在進(jìn)行企業(yè)物流管理的基礎(chǔ)上強(qiáng)化物料質(zhì)量保證。產(chǎn)品工藝的復(fù)雜、生產(chǎn)周期的增加,給企業(yè)的物流管理帶來(lái)了一定的影響,企業(yè)缺乏對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度的整體把握。生產(chǎn)管理粗放,生產(chǎn)責(zé)任不到位,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量無(wú)法與工藝、加工人員、物料、供應(yīng)商等聯(lián)系起來(lái)。在理論研究方面,提出了批次管理模型、支持產(chǎn)品物料追蹤溯源的物流管理模型和追蹤溯源算法。并通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)在洪都航空公司的應(yīng)用情況的簡(jiǎn)單介紹,對(duì)文中的理論進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 Poor aftersale products services, the lackof predictability in product quality failures. These problems enable enterprisesneed to establish a logistics management system supporting product and materialtracing and tracking that associates material purchases, inventory, production andsale and improves enterprise logistics management level, thereby increasing thepetitiveness of enterprises. In this Dissertation, the logistics managementsystem supporting product and material tracing and tracking are studied in orderto enhance the quality assurance on the basis of logistics management.In the aspect of theory research, the model of batch management, the modelof logistics management supporting material tracking and tracing and algorithmsof tracing and tracking are proposed. Firstly, the paper puts forward thesignificance of carrying out tracing and tracking by means of researching on thecharacteristics of aviation enterprises, then introduce the concept of batchmaterial management. The reason of carrying out batch management is furtherlyexpatiated and the method of batch management is briefly introduced. Then thepaper proposes the model of batch management and gives the fomal specificationof the batch management. Subsequently, the concept of tracking and trackingBOM is introduced and the model of logistics management supporting productand tracing and tracking are studied in this Dissertation. Finally, owing toinformation integrity of business papers we propose the method of tracing basedon plete information, the method of tracing based on inplete information,the method of tracking based on plete information and the method oftracking based on inplete information.In the aspect of implementation, we develop a logistics management system II哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文using the CERP application software framework, the system includes threefunctional modules: basic data management subsystem, business papersmanagement subsystem, materials tracing and tracking subsystem.
