【正文】 mation of a 304 type austenitic stainless steel , program about the rolling system, checked the rollers’ strength and the rolling mill’s productive capacity with Microsoft Visual C++. 【 Key words】 sheet and strip, rolling system , fullycontinuous cold rolling, rolling mill 鞍山科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 III 頁 Design of a cold strip plant with annual capacity of millions tons ABSTRACT The design of a cold strip plant has been introduced and analyzed in this paper, according to ′s 1780mm Cold Strip Mill Plant. Its typical product is Q215,1000mm. The purpose is to design a million Cold Strip Mill Plant. Its main equipments include continuous picking train,5stand fullycontinuous Cold rolling train, covertype annealing furnace,single stand 4high skinpass train,crosscutting and slitting train, coiling train, etc. The products mainly include electrician silicon steel plate, hotdip galvanized sheet and strip. Products with distinguishing features such as wide size, accurate thickness, small deviation in dimension, smooth surface, well flateness, stable property, etc..According to it, we established the rolling system and checked the rollers’ production ability. Moreover, we checked the rolling mill’s productive capacity,calculated the economic and technology index.
