The development of social economy in Weifang must get the support of modern logistics service system， which require active development of the third party logistics and strengthening construction of the regional center logistics center. This paper is divided into four parts： It mainly introduces the background of the paper， the purpose and significance of the research， he related theory in the domestic and foreign research， the technical route of the research and the methods and the main second part uses the theories and methods of project feasibility to analyze the project of Weifang Ludong transportation logistics park. Based on the analysis of development situation ， existing problems and market environment of Weifang Ludong transportation logistics park ， this paper determines the project construction goal and function orientation， at the same time ， it demonstrates the necessity of project third part analyzes the projects construction scale， construction condition ， construction address ， engineering construction scheme ，environmental protection scheme ， energy conservation scheme and environmental protection scheme of the project. And it demonstrates the technological feasibility of the project fourth part estimates the project investment and analysis the financing scheme. Meanwhile， it deeply analysis the feasibility financing scheme， and estimates the economic benefit and social benefit after the construction of project， as well as demonstrates the economic feasibility of last， this paper shows the research conclusion that this project is feasible.
