立體車庫采用計算機控制,工作中所需人員少,車輛通 過傳送裝置移動,車位分配通過計算機尋求優(yōu)化方案,大大降低運營成本,系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)手動控制和電腦自動控制兩種方式,智能化程度高。它最大的特點就是分時控制功能,實現(xiàn)分時段、分層停車控制,有效提高車位利用率。研究結(jié)果表明,該智能立體車庫控制系統(tǒng) 定位準確,安全可靠 , 能實現(xiàn)自動存取車功能。 本文主要內(nèi)容是 采用工業(yè)控制計算機作為調(diào)度、管理、監(jiān)控主機, 采用可編程控制器PLC 作為控制器,設(shè)計了三層的升降橫移式智能立體車庫, 采用現(xiàn)場總線完成工業(yè)控制計算機與 PLC 之間的數(shù)據(jù) 通訊。 根據(jù)智能立體車庫應實現(xiàn)的功能和安全性要求, 進行了電機及電機驅(qū)動器的選型,并給出了系統(tǒng)供電原理圖以及部分設(shè)備接線圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 :智能立體車庫 ; 可編程控制器 PLC;組態(tài)軟件 寧夏理工學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract No vehicle Office Park is the problem of city society, economy, traffic develops to a certain extent the result of the design, which is based on the mature and continuously improve the degree of automation of PLC technology, in view of the present garage management system management system lags behind, the medium of integrated low degree of automation, poor security, humanization and running efficiency the deficiency of current science and technology, bined with the latest research results, design a kind of more advanced technology, reliable performance, high degree of automation garage intelligent management system. The main content of this article is based on industrial control puter as scheduling, management, monitoring host, using the programmable controller PLC as the controller, the design of three layer lifting transversemoving type intelligent stereo garage, using Fieldbus Industrial control puter and PLC data munication between the. According to the intelligent stereo garage should achieve the functional and safety requireme nts, the motor and the motor drives the selection, and gives the system power supply diagram and part of the equipment connection diagram. Then using Siemens programming software Step7 and configuration software design the control program and the monitor interface. Finally, through the use of configuration software has carried on the simulation. The results show that, this intelligent stereo garage control system of accurate positioning, safe and reliable can achieve automatic vehicle access.
