基于 J2EE 的銀行績效系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘要 i 摘要 隨著我國外資金融市場的全面開放,國外銀行開始在大陸開設(shè)銀行,爭奪客戶資源,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)將面臨更加激烈的競爭。為了在競爭的環(huán)境下取勝,開發(fā)出更多的金融產(chǎn)品,為客戶提供更好的服務(wù),銀行越來越重視績效考核和管理工作。建立科學(xué)的績效考核體系是完成銀行經(jīng)營目標,實現(xiàn)銀行利潤最大化的有效管理手段,也是銀行轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營體制、改進管理體系的必然要求。同時,通過建立全面的績效考核和評價體系來促進銀行的快速、健康地發(fā)展,對于銀行來說,具有重要的意義。 本文在分析了國內(nèi)外銀行績效管理方 面的方法和應(yīng)用情況后,根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營管理要求和現(xiàn)狀,指出農(nóng)業(yè)銀行建立績效系統(tǒng)的需求。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行績效考核系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求和性能需求。從 KPI 指標、業(yè)績評價和利潤計算模型三個方面設(shè)計了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行績效考核體系;確定了系統(tǒng)的功能后,對系統(tǒng)進行總體設(shè)計,并給出關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和主要功能模塊的實現(xiàn)方法。最后對系統(tǒng)進行功能測試和性能測試。 系統(tǒng)采用 JAVA 語言開發(fā),基于 J2EE 開發(fā)框架,分別整合 Struts、 Spring和 Hibernate 三種框架來實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)。對系統(tǒng)功能進行模塊化劃分,降低系統(tǒng)間的信賴關(guān)系 ,提高系統(tǒng)的可擴展性,有利于升級和維護。農(nóng)業(yè)銀行績效管理系統(tǒng)操作簡單,實現(xiàn)了銀行考核指標和業(yè)績的自動化采集和處理,為銀行績效考核工作提供了可靠的量化數(shù)據(jù),使得考核結(jié)果更加公開、公正和透明,簡化了銀行的考核流程,提高了工作效率和管理水平,從而提高了銀行的核心競爭力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 績效考核,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,業(yè)績評價, J2EE 浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘要 1 Abstract With the opening of global financial market, in order to grab customer resources, foreign banks began to set up branch anizations in China, domestic mercial banks will face drastic petition. For the sake of winning in this petition ,bank will launch increasing financial products and a better service, thus, bank will pay more and more attentions to the performance measurement. Design a set of rational performance measurement system is an effective means for bank development, it can push bank to achieve the maximum profits. It is also the requset for bank to change management method of bank and to improve profit of bank. It is important to design a prehensive performance evaluation and measurement mechanism, at the same time accelerate the development of bank fast and healthy. The paper first analysis the methods and application of performance management both in domestic and overseas ,according to the needs and status of business management for Agricultural Bank of China, point out that the necessity of establishing performance management system. On this basis, the paper will analysis business needs, functional needs and performance needs of performance asssessment system for Agricultural Bank of China. And design the system from three respects which includes three parts: KPI index, performance evaluation and profit calculation model. After affirming the functions of system, then design this system, put forward the pivotal technology and realizing method of major modules. The last part is the function testing and performance testing, analysis testing effect, sum up conclusion of testing. This system uses JAVA language, base on J2EE structure, which integrates Struts, Spring and Hibernate three kinds of framework. To devide modules regarding the system function, decreasing the trust relationship between systems, improve the augmentability of system, it is convenient for system upgrading and maintenance work. The system has been used in the part mechanism of Agricultural Bank, it runs good, can satisfied the demand and goal of the construction of agricultural bank.
