【正文】 1 淺談流動(dòng)人口治安管理存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策 摘要 ： 隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷完善，市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放城市化進(jìn)程加快，人口的流動(dòng)進(jìn)一步增多，農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力以更大的幅度涌入城市和經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)務(wù)工、經(jīng)商。流動(dòng)人口為經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展注入了活力，為城市建設(shè)提供了大量的勞動(dòng)力，促進(jìn)了城市的繁榮和發(fā)展，也給城市產(chǎn)生了綜合壓力，尤其是流動(dòng)人口違法犯罪增多。流動(dòng)人口絕大部分來(lái)自四面八方較為落后的農(nóng)村，對(duì)整個(gè)城市管理的要求缺乏了解，總體系質(zhì)偏低，給城市治安管理工作帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)流動(dòng)人口在治安管理方面存在的問(wèn)題作一具體分析并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。 關(guān)鍵詞： 流動(dòng)人口特點(diǎn) 存在的問(wèn)題 措施 With the gradually improvement of the market economic system, the market has opened to the public and the urbanized process has sped up, all which cause the increaing of migratory we know, the surplus labours who e from rural area have been pouring into cities and districts where the economic is developed relatively in order to have business and do some jobs. Frankly speaking, the raising imgratory labour was a doubleedged sword, which not only infused vatality into the eomic develoopment, but also offered a number of labours to the work to building the city, all that have promoted the prosperousness and development of the city. However, the flowing labour also made some disadvatanges. On one hand, it has produced positive pressure to the city, especially of a increased crime. Because the most imgratory labours are from the much poorer villages in all directions, so the mojority of them lacked the understanding towards to the entirely management of the city. Besides, they had no chance and installation to get the better education. So the result of imgratory labour caused serious problems to the work of supervising the city.
