xxxxxx 畢業(yè)設計 I 日產(chǎn) 5000 噸熟料水泥生產(chǎn)線工藝設計 參數(shù) 3 摘 要 本次 設計的是 一條日產(chǎn) 5000 噸 水泥熟料的新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)線。該生產(chǎn)線主要生產(chǎn)的水泥品種為 和 水泥, 袋散比為: 40%: 60%。 本次設計的主要內(nèi)容包括: 全廠生產(chǎn)工藝流程設計 ; 熟料礦物組成設計及配料計算 ; 工藝平衡計算(物料平衡、儲庫平衡、主機平衡) ; 計算和確定新型回轉窯、 懸浮預熱器 、分解爐 的型號及規(guī)格,以及窯尾氣體平衡的計算,同時還編寫了全廠工藝流程概述、全廠 質(zhì)量控制表等; 最后 進行 了 全廠工藝平面布置的 設計 。 在本次設計中, 采用了一些新的工藝技術,例如:高效率立 式磨和高效選粉機等,特別是 采用的 TDF 型分解爐為噴騰型分解爐 , 結構 簡單,外形規(guī)整,便于設計布置,為 DD 型的改進型, 是 國內(nèi)制造的新一代分解爐。 本次設計 還 采用了利用窯尾熱廢氣預熱生料 以及在窯頭窯尾設置余熱鍋爐進行余熱發(fā)電 的有效方法來降低系統(tǒng)熱耗。 關鍵詞: 配料, 選型 , 預熱器,分解爐,燒成窯尾 xxxxxx 畢業(yè)設計 II The Design of a Cement Clinker Production Line With the Capacity of 5000 Tons Per DayParameter 3 ABSTRACT The title of the graduating design is to construct a cement plant with 5000 tons per day production line the main production is and , Bag than scattered: 40%: 60%。 The main content of this design is:Selection of ratios and the calculating and of raw mixes 。Manufacturing process and selection of the main machines 。The phases of this design is to calculate and design preheated and pre claimer and also the balancing of the main machines at the same time , I pose the summarization of technology flow for what factory and quality control of the whole factory and prospects of the design project for graduation etc 。The 1ast step of the design is the layout of the whole plant .In the design , some new technologies and techniques are introduced such as vertical spindle moll and high efficiency classifiers and acts .
