【正文】 Ⅱ .文獻(xiàn)綜述 浙 江 工 商 大 學(xué) 財(cái) 務(wù) 與 會(huì) 計(jì) 學(xué) 院 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 Ⅱ 1 集團(tuán)企業(yè)資金集中管理問題分析研究 摘 要： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，企業(yè)集團(tuán)猶如雨后春筍，一批在國際上有競爭力和影響力的大型集團(tuán)也相機(jī)長生，并且規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，并且向多元化、多地域化方向快速發(fā)展。資金是企業(yè)的血液，它的運(yùn)動(dòng)不僅涉及到企業(yè)運(yùn)作的各個(gè)方面，還與 企業(yè)的管理水平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有關(guān)。如何最大限度的提高企業(yè)資金的使用效率 ，加強(qiáng)集團(tuán)企業(yè)資金集中管理內(nèi)部控制、建立管理模型是企業(yè)得到最高 回報(bào)和創(chuàng)造最大 價(jià)值中的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。但是我國在理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐操作上落后于西方國家，加上市場競爭的日益加劇，集團(tuán)企業(yè)也暴露出各種復(fù)雜的管理問題，所以資金集中管理是集團(tuán)企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)下 的管理創(chuàng)新，是充分利用自身資源，提高管理水平，增強(qiáng)集團(tuán)競爭力的捷徑。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 資金集中管理 內(nèi)部控制 管理模型 浙 江 工 商 大 學(xué) 財(cái) 務(wù) 與 會(huì) 計(jì) 學(xué) 院 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 Ⅱ 2 analysis of Centralized management of capital in enterprise group Abstract: With the development of economic, enterprise groups springing up like Bamboo shoots. Capital enterprise is the blood, and its mobile is not only related to all aspects of business operations, As well as economic benefits related to the enterprise management level. How to maximize the use of corporate funds to strengthen the group39。s internal and controlling centralized fund management panies to establish a management model of enterprises getting the highest return and create the most value is a real problem.
