本科生畢業(yè)論文 我國信用卡市場現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展對策 學(xué)生姓名 ____ ________ 指導(dǎo)教師 ____ ________ 級 別 ____ _______ 學(xué) 院 ___ _____ 專 業(yè) ____ _____ 班 級 ___ ______ 學(xué) 號 ___ _ _ 二 0一 年 月 日 本科生畢業(yè)論文 i 我國信用卡市場現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展對策 摘 要 信用卡作為一種先進的消費信貸工具和支付結(jié)算手段,在國民經(jīng) 濟中已經(jīng)具有十分重要的地位。 信用卡的使用提高了社會支付效率,降低社會支付成本;有利于增加社會經(jīng)濟運行的透明度,提高政府財政收入,給社會經(jīng)濟帶來了很大的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)。 雖然中國的信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)已取得了一些發(fā)展,政策環(huán)境日益改善,但 與快速發(fā)展相對應(yīng)的各種問題也不斷凸顯出來 。 目前,我國的信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)還不成熟,發(fā)卡行風(fēng)險管理技術(shù)、制度的落后,經(jīng)驗的缺乏,信用卡相關(guān)法律制度和監(jiān)管體系的不健全,征信體系的不完善,以及社會信用風(fēng)氣的不良等因素,對我國信用卡 市場的 管理提出更大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先對信用卡的定義、功能和特點的介紹,緊 接著對中國信用卡市場的發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展規(guī)模和業(yè)務(wù)范圍進行了介紹。隨后對世界信用卡市場的發(fā)展歷史,包括美國、日本和韓國信用卡市場的發(fā)展進行了概述。然后論文重點研究了中國信用卡市場在發(fā)卡行方面、持卡人市場方面、特約商戶市場方面存在的諸多問題。并分析了這些問題背后的原因:中國消費者的消費觀念比較落后;信用卡法制不夠完善;信用卡種類較單一,功能不全。論文的核心部分對中國信用卡市場的未來發(fā)展提出了對策, 發(fā)卡行、持卡人以及特約商戶應(yīng)采取的行動 : 完善信用卡配套服務(wù) ; 逐步轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)消費觀念 ; 建立社會信用體系和失信懲罰機制 等, 只 有這樣,才能提高大陸信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力。 最后是對論文的總結(jié)部分??萍嫉陌l(fā)展和在金融領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用的不斷深入,也將是信用卡業(yè)務(wù)在功能、制度、機制乃至整個用卡環(huán)境上有更大的發(fā)展。中國的信用卡市場具有十分廣闊的前景。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 信用卡;信用卡市場;現(xiàn)狀;對策 本科生畢業(yè)論文 ii China39。s Current Situation of Credit Card Market and Develop Strategy Abstract Credit card, as an advanced tool and means of payment, has been a very important position in the national economy. The use of credit cards has improve the efficiency of social payments, reduce the cost of social payments, increase the transparency of social and economic, increase the government revenue and bring great social and economic effects of industrial linkage. Although the industry of credit card in China had made some success and policy environment is improving, various problems which correspond to the rapid development economy continue to appear. At present, the credit card industry is not mature, card issuer ‘s poor risk management techniques and the system backward, lack of experience, credit cardrelated legal system and regulatory system is not perfect, imperfect credit system, as well as adverse social factors such as credit culture on the management of the credit card market in China which ask for a greater challenges. Firstly, This article is to study on the definition of credit card, functions and features. Then study on the development of the Chinese credit card market, the history of the development and scope of business. Next discuss on Subsequent history of the world39。s credit markets, including the United States, Japan and South Korea credit card market are outlined. Then paper focuses on the Chinese credit card market of the issuer, the cardholder market and merchants that many problems exist in the market. And analyzed the reasons of these problems: the concept of consumer in China is relatively backward。 credit card is not perfect in the legal system。 credit card’s short of type. Core thesis of the article put forward measures to the future development, issuers, cardholders and merchants should take special action: improving supporting services。 change traditional concept of consumption。 Establishing Social Credit System and punishment mechanism against deception, only in this way can we to improve the petitiveness of China credit card industry.
