【正文】 摘要 I 摘要 本文主要介紹的是鼠標(biāo)上殼注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)方法。首先分析了鼠標(biāo)上殼制件的工藝特點(diǎn)，包括材料性能、成型特性與條件、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性等， 利用 PROE 軟件畫(huà)出塑件， 并選擇了成型設(shè)備 ， CAD 軟件出圖等。 接著介紹了鼠標(biāo)上殼注塑模的分型面的選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定及布置，重點(diǎn)介紹了澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、定距分型機(jī)構(gòu)以及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。然后選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架和模具材料，并對(duì)注射機(jī)的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)校核。最后對(duì)模具的工作原理進(jìn)行闡述，以及在安裝調(diào)試過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析，并給出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。本文論述 的鼠標(biāo)上殼注塑模具采用二板式結(jié)構(gòu)，即澆注系統(tǒng)凝料和制件在不同的分型面脫出，采用一模四腔的型腔布置，最后利用推板將制件推出。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： PROE 軟件 CAD 軟件出圖 澆注系統(tǒng) 脫模機(jī)構(gòu) 定距分型機(jī)構(gòu) Abstract II Abstract The designing methods of injection mould of the charger shell are mainly introduced in this pape .First analyzes the features of the mouse shell parts, including material properties, forming characteristic and condition, structural manufacturability, draw the plastic parts using PROE software, and choosing the molding equipment, CAD drawing, etc. Then introduces the mouse shell injection mold parting surface selection, the determination of cavity number and arrangement, and mainly introduces the gating system, molding parts, steering mechanism, demoulding mechanism, distance parting mechanism and the design of the cooling system. And then select the standard mould base and mould material and process parameters of injection machine related check. Finally, the paper expounds the working principle of mould, and the possible problems in the process of installation and debugging summary, analysis, and gives the corresponding solutions. This paper discusses on the mouse shell injection mold structure of junior type, namely the gating system setting and in different parts of parting surface of emergence, with one module and four cavities cavity layout, the use of push board parts will launch.
