【正文】 浙江大學(xué)遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)院 本科生畢業(yè)（設(shè)計(jì)）論文 題 目 淺談工程項(xiàng)目合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 2021 春土木工程 學(xué)習(xí)中心 杭州蕭山 姓 名 黃靜 學(xué) 號(hào) 713008322021 指導(dǎo)教師 談紅纓 老師 2021 年 11 月 5 日 ┃ 摘要 進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì)十多年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目規(guī)模不斷的變化，在施工安全、投資、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及工程質(zhì)量等方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題愈來(lái)愈受到重視，建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要性也逐漸被人們所認(rèn)同。然而工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程是一個(gè)周期長(zhǎng)、投資多、技術(shù)要求高、系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的生產(chǎn)消費(fèi)過(guò)程，在此過(guò)程中，未確定 因素、隨機(jī)因素和模糊因素大量存在，并不斷變化，由此而造成的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)直接威脅工程項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施和成功。我國(guó)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究始于 20 世紀(jì) 80 年代中后期，同時(shí)被應(yīng)用到了工程項(xiàng)目管理之中。由于我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理起步較晚，與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比，尚存在一定差距，研究工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目管理事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；工程項(xiàng)目合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理；施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；工程質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 【 In this paper】 Ten years into the 21st century, along with the scale of construction projects in our country, the construction safety, investment, technology, economy and engineering quality risk problem bees more and more be taken seriously, the importance of contract for construction project risk management also gradually recognized by engineering project construction process is a cycle is long, investment, high technical requirements, system more plex process of production, consumption, in the process, uncertain factors and random factors and fuzzy factors exist in great quantities, and constantly change, risk arising directly threaten the smooth implementation of the project and study of risk management in China began in the 1980 s, and has been applied to engineering project to the engineering project risk management in China started late, pared with the developed countries, still there is a certain gap, the engineering project risk management to promote the development of project management in China is of great theoreticalandpracticalsignificance.
