上海市某食品冷藏庫制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 I 上海市某食品冷藏庫制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要 本設(shè)計是一篇關(guān)于上海市某食品冷藏庫制冷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。我們的主要任務(wù)是完成冷凍站和冷間制冷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。在本設(shè)計中,我們通過對冷藏庫各冷間負荷的計算以及冷庫制冷系統(tǒng)方案的確定來選擇制冷壓縮機,輔助設(shè)備以及冷卻設(shè)備。在選型前,我們還對制冷系統(tǒng)方案進行了經(jīng)濟技術(shù)分析,綜合多方面考慮,決定選用雙級制冷壓縮,氨泵強制供液的方案。最后,我們還對冷庫的氣流組織,管道布置,管道保溫以及自動控制方案進行了簡單地分析與說明。 關(guān)鍵詞 :雙級壓縮 氨泵 強制供液 制冷系統(tǒng) 中間冷卻 上海市某食品冷藏庫制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 II The Design of The Refrigeration System of Frozen Food Store Abstract The graduation design is a design of the refrigeration system of the frozen food in Shanghai. The main task is to finish the system design of the refrigeration station and refrigerating room. In the design, the refrigeration pressor, the cooling equipment and the auxiliary equipment are chosen by calculating the load of every refrigeration room of the cold store and determining the program of the refrigeration . Before choosing the system equipment, we have made the economic and technical analysis for the refrigeration system. After considering every aspect, twostage pression , and using ammonia pump to supply the refrigerator are established. At last , the anization of air flow, the arrangement and the insulation of pipes, and the automatic control is analyzed and illustrated simply.
