【正文】 中美濃縮蘋(píng)果汁反傾銷(xiāo)案的分析與啟示 摘要： 在上個(gè)世紀(jì)末期，中國(guó)看到了未來(lái)蘋(píng)果汁的潛力，開(kāi)始大力種植蘋(píng)果，并開(kāi)始與美國(guó)進(jìn)行大量的蘋(píng)果汁貿(mào)易合作。然而上世紀(jì)末，中美卻發(fā)生了蘋(píng)果汁反傾銷(xiāo)訴訟案件，給了中國(guó)濃縮蘋(píng)果汁，乃至整個(gè)出口貿(mào)易一個(gè)警醒。案件的發(fā)生是因?yàn)?，隨著中國(guó)不斷加大對(duì)蘋(píng)果汁貿(mào)易的投入，并不斷在價(jià)格上提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，導(dǎo)致美國(guó)本土的蘋(píng)果汁產(chǎn)業(yè)十分危險(xiǎn)，因而美國(guó)就蘋(píng)果汁的反傾銷(xiāo)展開(kāi)了訴訟。如今美國(guó)的蘋(píng)果汁有六成是來(lái)自于我國(guó)，我國(guó)對(duì)蘋(píng)果汁出口貿(mào)易對(duì)美國(guó)也具有了一定的依賴性。因而反傾銷(xiāo)對(duì)我國(guó)的蘋(píng)果汁出口具有極大的傷害，因而在發(fā)展貿(mào)易時(shí)，要時(shí)時(shí)注意反傾銷(xiāo)的影響 。本文對(duì)中美蘋(píng)果汁反傾銷(xiāo)案件的發(fā)生前后過(guò)程介紹，并分析產(chǎn)生這樣的案件的原因，找到本身的不足，時(shí)時(shí)警惕反傾銷(xiāo)的有關(guān)訊號(hào)，避免再次發(fā)生這樣的訴訟，為出口貿(mào)易更好的發(fā)展提供良好的基礎(chǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 濃縮蘋(píng)果汁案件，反傾銷(xiāo)，原因，啟示 Analysis and Enlightenment of anti dumping case of concentrated apple juice in China and America Abstract: at the end of the last century, China saw the potential of apple juice in the future, began to vigorously grow apples, and began to carry out a large number of apple juice trade cooperation with the United states. Key words: concentrated apple juice case, antidumping, reason, enlightenment 前言 如今國(guó)際之間的貿(mào)易往來(lái)越來(lái)越頻繁，因而導(dǎo)致很多很多國(guó)家通過(guò)反傾銷(xiāo)手段來(lái)保護(hù)本國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，市場(chǎng)上的飲品中，蘋(píng)果汁往往有著價(jià)格低廉，綠色健康的特點(diǎn)，而深受世界各地的喜歡?，F(xiàn)在的飲品中，大多數(shù)加有蘋(píng)果汁，蘋(píng)果汁越來(lái)越成為世界上重要的商品。中國(guó)是出口大國(guó)，在濃縮蘋(píng)果汁上出口份額占世界的很大比重。美國(guó)是世界強(qiáng)國(guó)，因而對(duì)蘋(píng)果汁的需求量，恰好也很大。中國(guó)繁榮經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)無(wú)非是依靠投資，消費(fèi)，以及對(duì)外貿(mào)易。對(duì)外貿(mào)易除了要合理的爭(zhēng)奪國(guó)外市場(chǎng)，還要考慮到各個(gè)國(guó)家的反傾銷(xiāo)政策。我國(guó)是出口大國(guó)，因而在出口國(guó)濫用反傾銷(xiāo) 權(quán)利時(shí)，我國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易受著嚴(yán)重影響。如今世界對(duì)我國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易的反傾銷(xiāo)從未決斷，在濃縮蘋(píng)果汁訴訟案之后，我國(guó)的蘋(píng)果汁出口一直保持著較為穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
