【正文】 i 基 于 的企業(yè)辦公自動化管理系統(tǒng) 設計與實現(xiàn) 院 系 專 業(yè) 班 級 學 號 姓 名 指導教師 ii 摘 要 辦公 自動化 管理系統(tǒng)，是 20 紀 70 年代中期發(fā)達國家迅速發(fā)展起來的一門綜合性技術。隨著時代的發(fā)展，低效辦公方式與不斷增長的辦公業(yè)務量之間的矛盾日益尖銳，同時，隨著社會信息量的迅猛膨脹，依靠人工手段及時對大量信息進行收集、整理和分析是難以做到的。在這樣的一個前提下，作為提高辦公管理效率的基礎平臺，辦公自動化已經(jīng)成了事業(yè)單位、 企業(yè)機構的必備工具。 網(wǎng)絡辦公系統(tǒng)是為適應現(xiàn)代無紙化及網(wǎng)絡化辦公的趨勢，更好地服務于現(xiàn)代辦公操作，基于 Inter Web 開發(fā)的一套 廣泛應用于各行業(yè)企事業(yè)單位的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。 辦公自動化 (簡稱為 OASOffice Automation Software)。 本文論述了一個基于公司企業(yè)實現(xiàn)無紙化辦公的采用 B/S 模式下的充分利用數(shù)據(jù)庫服務的整體軟件平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)。討論了系統(tǒng)的結構框架和設計原理。說明了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設計的思路與實現(xiàn)方法。系統(tǒng)構建的重點主要在于系統(tǒng)使用權限的設計 、公司營運流程的細分和模式化 、 系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的合理設計與實現(xiàn)。本文中就如何在軟件中實現(xiàn)以上幾點作了詳細分析與講解，并給出了使用 Sql Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫建立本系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的實例。 關鍵詞 B/S； 網(wǎng)絡辦公系統(tǒng)； ； SQL 技術 iii Abstract The work office system is for adapting to the modern with no paper at all and worked trend that handle official business, serve and handle official business modernly and operate better, a set of office automated systems applied to the every profession and trade enterprises and institutions extensively developed on the basis of Inter Web.
